Tellers are accommodating. No problem with customer care, although sometimes you need to wait for 20 minutes, which is understandable.

Sobrang bait po Ng mga bank teller d po katulad Ng ibang banko ..lalo po ung guard igguide kapo talaga thank you po ....

Parking is good ,need to get a ticket on entry and then get a free voucher from bank to give to gatekeeper when leaving , staff very nice , but sometimes a long wait to get served(like 45 minutes) but most times its 5 minutes.

Good place to withdraw money 💵 since 2 restaurant 🍴 nearby :)

Worst AUB branch. It takes 1-2 hrs for a single customer to be accommodated. Tellers are liked tired and does't talk well with clients specially the teller names JULY. Very disrespectful. Very poor customer service. Their aircons were not working everytime I go there.

Hello management team , have seen your customer service ? It took 1hour just for a single customer to be accommodated and assist ,is there anything wrong in your customer service? Why don't you add a personnel to assist customers?
