Archdiocesan Shrine of Santa Ana

A nice kept up historical church. Was not open today open during mass.A nice church to visit.

The church was closed at the time when I visited Barili but from the outside, it was nice and interesting. There were several people selling candles outside the church for those who want to offer prayers to Sta. Anna and I came across to an old lady who was on the other side of the church, away from these group of vendors. I was not able to get her name but I asked her on how much the candles were, she said it was for 2 pesos. I bought 5 and asked me if it would be me or her who would offer the prayer. I initially told her that she can do it for me and she asked for my last name. I eventually followed her after a few seconds and joined her in prayer.

Historic, over a hundred years old. Well-maintained. Center of various town activities.
