Minglanilla District Hospital

The upgrade of the hospital was so good and very very well organized. And I love the guard for they are so strict. Well by being strict by the guards that's why I gave you 5 star and the hospital is very well upgrade and they gave service for free. Please don't trust about the hearsay that they ask tips for service but actually they don't. They gave free medicine, check up and etc and they give receipt which will tell you what are the Medicines that needs to be in take by the patient.

Bad experince, Because my grandfather died here in the cause of not putting dextrose 8 hours long☹☹

The triage representative is very unprofessional and rude. We went there with my mother to seek immediate help through Emergency for neck pain (stiff neck) since my mother cannot take it no more and the pain already reached through her head. The triage rep even asked us an UNPROPRIATE QUESTION. She asked "NGANO KARON PAMAN MO NI ARI MAM?" in bisaya verbatim. Is that appropriate to ask the fact that it is a hospital for God sake, they should always ready to accomodate any patients in any severity.

She took my mother's Blood Pressure then asked "NAA KAY GITUMAR MAINTENANCE MAAM?" Of course, my mother was alerted thinking that she may have a hypertension and asked "HIGH BLOOD KO MAAM?" She even did not bother to answer my mother's question and said "TANAN MAN GUD MAINTENANCE MAAM AMO E RECORD" with an impolite and rudely manner.

My mother is already a Senior Citizen and even answered all her questions VERY CALMLY where I felt so bad towards my mother and felt so much anger to the triage rep.

WHOWEVER MANAGE THIS HOSPITAL, WHATEVER THE STATUS OF YOUR PATIENT, EVEN THE DIRTIEST ONE WHO COME IN THROUGH THE DOOR, PLEASE TREAT THEM POLITELY AND IN A GOOD MANNER. YOU SHOULD BE THERE TO EASE THE PAIN THAT THE PATIENT IS BEARING AND NOT TO MAKE THE PATIENT FEEL EVEN WORSE.
