Terrible customer service!!! I have tried reaching out via email multiple times asking for an SOA but got no reply. Get your act straight BDO!!!

Had to wait 4 HOURS in queue to open a new savings account. Then, it took 1 HOUR to finish the process despite having an existing account. Can't emphasize enough how WORST the customer service is.

Worst bank EVER! Please spare yourself the the pain of dealing with them. They say, "We Find Ways", what a bunch of BS, they find ways to make easy things complicated. Here is an example;
My girlfriend was in Manila to get her Visa, we needed a copy of her bank transcript. We go to BDO and they said we had to go back to the branch she opened her account just to get a piece of paper! Insane! They can't print off a piece of paper? So, we fly back and drive 2 hours to her branch. They said, it will be ready at the end of the day Monday! It was Thursday and it is going to take 2 while work days to print a piece of paper? So I complain, told them they suck and they are the laziest, worst bank I have ever been to and guess what? They printed it! So she could have printed it immediately but was so lazy she wanted me to drive 2 hours home and then 2 hours on Monday to pick it up! This bank sucks!

Definitely NOT gonna recommend BDO if you want to open an account. Lousy service. Long waiting time. No customer service. Not enough chairs for waiting too. Take note, sa new location na nila ito na bigger space na sana.

Why can't they find a way to make their service faster, better, and more customercentric?😒

Long queue. Nobody will assist you. Everybody seems to be very busy everyday. Customer service is below standard.

Atms always out of service. So you always have to go inside to take money. Hassle..
