AGM Pension House

A wonderful place near everything, ferry terminal, huge market, restaurants etc.
Well appointed with the exception of no refrigerator in room.

Been in philippines 3 months. So far thus was the best prepared room I hve had. At at reasonable price

Great location near the center of the Toledo business and restraunt district. AGM is located only 2 blocks from McDonalds and Jollibee. Room pricing is very fair. Clean rooms, ice cold A/C, hot shower water and attentive 24/7 front desk attendants. The parking lot gates are closed after dark and a security guard stands vigil until sun up. This makes for total and complete security for all hotel guests and their vehicles.

It seems like a new place. very spacious rooms and the bed are very comfy. I highly recommend this hotel/pensionne house. the staff are kind. very good place for a very affordable price

It's quite clean and refreshing... I feel relax when we stayed there for just over night.

Love this place stay here everytime I am in town. Very Friendly staff and just a pleasant place to stay with a perfect view of the Ocean.
