I just love the service and the beat thing I like is kunti lang ang tao so mabilis lang ang bawat transaction. Keep it up!

ATM is very unreliable & there's only 1
Sometimes the service is good, other times it's glacial slow like today. DON'T GO AROUND LUNCHTIME, they are supposedly open but doing almost nothing while the queue grows & grows over lunch.
Very quick good service today, hopefully this is the new normal.

Staff we're accommodating, though i hate the bank statements request charge.
For being an account holder bank statements should be free of charge at all.

I wonder why they give express services to foreigners (asawa is pinay and ang husband is foreigner), in both counter and ATM. Astang senior citizen na galinya para mgwithdraw, naunhan pas mag asawa.
LR gyud ang serbisyo sa mga staff basta foreigner na ang mutunob sa branch. Makaoffend😔.

This bank is down right horrible. Sitting and wait for ever just to get your own money. 1st stand in line get your slip what ever you want to do. Then wait until your turn 30 to 40 min go to teller then she sends you to someone else to ok to get your own money witch the teller can see your money on their computer. then back and wait till teller is ready then you can get your own money. After over 1hr down right horrible customer service. Theirs 5 to 6 people working there and only 1 person serving the costumer. Always 6 to 10 people waiting all the time. Then you got the ATM never working no money. Right when bank is open what the hell is wrong the bank people they can put money in, but never do,lazy. Horrible horrible experience and I hope that they do something about it.
