Mahi Mahi Dive Resort

Everything was first class, the materials, workmanship and design! Plus it was immaculately clean, the pool grounds and beach , rooms.. are cleaned every morning. They have the best showers in the Philippines!
I love that the owner kept everyone employed during the pandemic, when there were no guests. Staff was wonderfull, kept everything running smoothly
They have their own dive shop and boat and were great with snorkelers too.
Only caveat. Is that this place a bit isolated, no nearby restaurants, shopping, clubs... but their food is great and reasonably priced, I can't imagine anyone would be disappointed with this dive resort

they like animals . love the ocean. the staff full of enthusiasm. specialty I miss this resort towels scent.

Stayed here overnight with my family. I liked the place's ambiance, and architectural design. Good for relaxation and vacation with family. The place is quiet and the rooms are clean. Good food too! Thanks

We really liked our stay at the Mahi Mahi Dive Resort. The room is nice with quite a lovely view.
Food is really good here. (try the grilled fish).
Diving with them was incredible!!! The crew was super nice and we got to see a lot of things underwater. Mock diving was beautiful 🤩
They also arranged for us a scooter 500 pesos/day, and basically whatever you want they can arrange.
Tricycle to Dumaguete around 300 pesos one way.

Very nice place, so peaceful..The resort is like newly built, all staffs are very friendly even the owner is accommodating.. we arrived at midnight yet they are still kind enough to make sure we are comfortable and helped us settle in.. security is 24hrs as well, the pool is open for as long as you don’t exceed until midnight,food is great especially their breakfast selection. Be minded that since the location is beside the beach it is recommended to have a car with you since the resort is still meters away from the highway but it’s very accessible.. All in all we had a great stay,definitely going back!

We didn't sleep at the resort but our family took their Apo day-tour today.. we had a great time. The owner and their staff are warm, friendly, and accommodating. Although it wasn't included in the package, they let us use their showers to clean up after the tour. The price of the tour is also reasonable. Will definitely come back here but next time we'll stay at the resort😁

Very nice hotel, 5 stars experience they’ve their own boat we had a group trip to Apo Island. Friendly staff and clean quiet resort.

Super nice resort. I stay there for a couple of days. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good. Rooms and pool are clean. The diving around Apo island is amazing!

Great Diving resort. We’ve done a 1day tour in Apo island, and it was amazing. Dondi the divemaster guided us through some of the most beautiful riffs in the Philippines. The owner and staff were all so nice and efficient. The price is affordable (probably cheapest around), the gear we’ve rent was almost brand new, and even the packed lunch we took was delicious.
Totally recommended!

I recommend this place for the well-designed rooms and amenities, warm and attentive service, and the amazing menu. If you don't mind staying a bit far from the city of Dumaguete and if you want some peace and quiet, with a pool, the ocean and a possible diving or snorkeling trip or lesson, then this is the place to be. I'm looking forward to returning in the future 😍

They provide diving lessons and guided diving excursions. No jet ski activities like that or gym work out but frankly I think most would come here to relax. App island near with great view if island.

A 30-minute drive from Dumaguete city. You will be passing thru a single lane off road (dusty but not rocky) on your way in to the resort. A warm welcome by their charming, helpful, and warm crews. Amenities are good and clean including their parking area. The al fresco resto has a very good view of the world renowned Apo Island. Room is spacious with veranda. Their building is unique in design. A variety of dishes on their menu at a justifiable prices.

Loved staying here. Beautiful gardens, relaxing place. Nice pool but also right on the edge of the sea if you prefer. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was really good with a choice that can suit many tastes

Mahi Mahi Dive Resort is a luxury option very close to Dumaguete (23 km South). Staff is very engaged, rooms are just great and overall service is outstanding.

The is the modern and lovely dive resort I have never seen before in Philippines. The host of the resort is very friendly, hospitable and accommodating, he always cares and arranges our schedule well and suggest us the nice dive spots. We will come back again to join secret diving activities next time.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staffs and owner. The food was so tasty. The pool was small from Shallow until 10ft... Good spot if you want a quiet place
