The staff are very accomodating. Ang bilis ng process. Staff are friendly and very considerate. Even the guard will assist you. Shout out Ultrasound dept.🙏🙏

Grace Medical Center's or Grace General Hospital's personnel and employees were excellent since they were kind and professional. Even though the amenities weren't great, the service was excellent. I don't think it's fair to criticize the Grace in the same way. If the facilities or service aren't good for you as a reader or based on your experience, please offer them a suggestion on how to make improvements. When the Grace began to offer services in San Joseño, I recall that they had two buildings. Later, they upgraded the infrastructure and hired more staff and employees to provide services throughout the entire City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

the hospital and their facility is excellent but their doctors are bad due to their tardiness... they do not care if how many patients are there waiting for their doctors. please tell this to your doctors, if you already know that it is traffic going there, please leave early! very unprofessional... I just want to add that this hospital is also very expensive.. Its better to look for other hospital that is much cheaper when using their operating room for eye cataract procedure.. I dont recommend you to go here if you dont have an enough money..

This hospital is not good to go patient there because if there's no money the patien will not accept

Whenever I get sick, I always go to the ER. Like in St. Lukes when I was still living in Cubao. So I went to the ER of Grace General Hospital. There are few people around 7PM. They're very accommodating - both nurses and doctors. The total bill is much affordable compared to St. Lukes - I use Intellicare.

All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

Place is very clean, you can tell it is well sanitized. All of the staff are friendly and very courteous. Proper covid protocols are observed properly.
