First time ko po sa hospital nila Nag pa emergency po ako kagabi sa hospital na to 5 start mo maasikaso po sila lahat at mababait po staff at mga doctor

Mga 2 years na kami dito sa hospital na to nagpapa consult at lumalapit tuwing may asthma attack si hubby, covid concerns at emergencies sa mga bata tulad ng dog bite ni Scar.

Yung first experienced namin was in 2021 at the E.R due to asthma attack. Naranasan namin yung 5 star services nila magmula sa security guards, maintenance, med tech people, nurses at doctors.

Nagulat ako kase yung true compassion nila in taking care of their patients talagang dama namin, lalo ng yung pagiging courteous nila. Never ako naka experienced neto sa ibang hospitals na advanced ang technology, mayayaman na hospital.

Naisip ko since first time pa lang namin it is too early to give them a 5 star rating. So it took me 2 years para masabing consistent sila sa pagiging courteous, professional and caring sa patients nila.

On August 24th, na admit si hubby due to appendicitis. I have nothing but admiration to all of their employees. Napaka respectful ng mga security guards dito, yung simpleng gestures na pag offer ng umbrella sakin dahil naulan sobrang appreciate ko yun.

Yung mga nurses na sila pa yung magsasabi ng "thank you so much po" samin when in reality kami dapat magpasalamat sa kanila.

Yung mga Doctors na sobra courteous talagang commendable.

Yung mga maintenance na dalawang beses kung maglinis ng room sila pa magpapasalamat sakin eh ako tong dapat mag thank you.

Ying med tech na mababait at ang pasensiya ay abot langit talaga.

Tinalo nila yung mga magagarbong hospitals sa pagbibigay ng "humanity" sa patients.

Hindi man 1st class ang building nila, facilities, mga kagamitan nila need na ng improvement, Top 1 parin sila sa pagmamalasakit at pag accommodate ng maayos sa mga patients nila

this hospital for average illness, for critical and other life threatening issues go to dlsumc.
if you do not want to burn your wallet for not much needed medical attention this is for you. they have good-natured nurses here.
