The bank tellers are nice.

Of all the BDO Branches, this is the only one that has a queue for updating the passbook. You still have to queue for a long time just to update your passbook. What a waste of time.

The worst service of bank I have experienced. The tellers were not friendly and talk to us rudely. Please educate your staff to handle customers with care and respect even with hand gestures and all.

Slow service at the Customer Service Counter., 2 hours waiting.,No Customer service approach., considering of having 4 clients only remaining due to cut offs., 👎👎👎👎👎

Doesn't have any PWD/SENIOR CITIZEN line exept for "DEPOSIT ONLY." .. what a shame for us PWD/SENIOR CITIZENS

Trying to open an account hahanapan nila ng COE paano mag kaka COE eh new applicant palang kaya nga mag open account kase for requirements, sa work,

Nanghingi ng request letter nagbigay ng request letter tapos hahanapin hardcopy ng signature mga baliw ba kayo, ano yung mag open account may jet para mapuntahan agad yung office,
Hindi ba uso sa inyo ang digital with supporting documents thru online,

Sana ma magsarado na kayo and tumataas na ang standard ng BDO

Super Bagal ng mga teller dito. SAYANG ang oras almost 3 to 4 Hours bago ka makapagtransact.. POOR SERVICE!!!
