SM City Santa Rosa

It was nice and not too crowded even though we went on a holiday weekend. They have lots of things to choose from when shopping. The salespeople are nice and not pushy or makulit. Lots of cash registers so lines don't get too long.

This local mall is very good and the customers service is one of the best in fact is way better than in Australia by a long shot!
The workers pack your backs, bring your groceries to your car and it just does them without even asking.

I haven't gone back here for 10 years. So it's 2013 since my last visit. So I decided to go back for a visit on January 14, 2024. There's been a lot of improvements here. The second level of the old wing part gave me the most nostalgia here.

Overall, SM City Sta. Rosa is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas, offering a wide range of options for visitors to choose from.

This is quite big, they expanded with additional building on the side which houses the covered parking area at Level 2 and Level 3.

The last time i visited the place was one building only which is the main building at the front.

Thay have also the SRIT but unfortunately no buses utilizes this facility.

Parking si also available around the main building.

The Mall is accessible and the there's available parking area. Guards and staffs are courteous and kind..Place is clean and garbage bins are visible. Comfort rooms are well maintained.
Department store are available ...one can find variety of gift items. Footwear like Shoes, sandals... slippers of different kinds are available... Party dress and different kinds of casual wears are available... luggages and bags and the likes can be found the... Variety of Grocery items are available with different choices Frozen and cleaning materials are available too Nice shopping Mall where we can find different fine in restaurants and bake shops.

Not bad at all, lot of people and very big parking space, polite environment, SM never upsetting

Highly accessible mall in the city of Santa Rosa. More than ample parking space for all kinds of vehicles - from four wheelers to motorcycles. Includes several restaurants, a department store, grocery, and a myriad other shops that provide an assortment of services. A new expansion wing has now been added as well.

Has a lot of parking space. The expansion gives the people a lot of options where to go. Most of the restos in seaside is available there. They added the ice skating here as well. One thing to be mindful of is the nearest landmark where you parked because there's a lot of entry points here that will remind you of SM Megamall.

I love SM anything, all departments, but also the optical shops, skincare and hair studios, the electronics and computer wing, and enjoying a break in the food court or any of the many quality dining venues is always a treat, especially my latest surprise: Banapple. Strange name, great menu! SM Santa Rosa is close to home too 😄😁

Ample parking space, very accessible from MM. Wide variety of brands and nice and complete merchandise stuff The SM Store. Food and Snack options are plenty.

Leveled Up shopping can now be exoerienced here and pretty soon more premiere shops will open at the SM SR extension. More parking spaces available in their multi level parking.

The place was very colorful and vibrant as always! There's also an expansion wing which caters to more stores to see!

My kids love this place. Huge parking space, lots of restaurants, beautiful stairs, and clean movie cinemas. Highly recommended! If you have kids, don't forget to bring socks and wear facemasks in I-play, located in the Second floor (near CyberZone).
