Fast and smooth transactions. Getting a surgery schedule is not complicated. The doctors are very professional, kind and competent. The hospital is clean and has the best facilities. All staff members were very kind and attentive to our needs.

I was discharged a day after my laparoscopic cholecystectomy with no complications. Total expenses also did not break the bank, despite not having an HMO and using only my PhilHealth benefits. Very grateful for the best hospital service! 🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my last vaccine shot here since we move near the area, in my prev hospital i was inside the waiting area, here they vaccinated me outside the waiting area, i guess it was an hr for hmo approval.

Nagpa check up kmi due to my cough, using HMO, grabe ang pricey at d derecho ang sagot s tanong ko f hm, sb pag senior 1,800. Nagmamadali ung doctora, d ko matandaan ang name pero Internal med dw yun, gumaling nman ako after a week, d ko lang tinuloy ung anti biotic,nag itchy kasi chest ko at grabe ang pag poops ko, wala nman ako allergy s gamot, nag isip tuloy ako f now lang ba ako ever ng 3x a day ng antibiotic s life ko👀

Regrettably, I must give this hospital a 1-star review following our recent visit. Upon my wife's admission, we encountered unreliable nursing services. A troubling incident occurred during the administration of magnesium sulfate, which led to severe side effects for my wife, including breathing difficulties. Despite the urgency, when we requested oxygen support, the nurse initially brought a pulse oximeter instead. Upon her return with the correct equipment, she struggled to install it properly and had to call the other on-duty nurse for assistance. Additionally, there was another incident where the scheduling of OGTT, NST, and Ultrasound appointments overlapped, indicating a lack of communication among staff members. This lack of competence and readiness is unacceptable in a healthcare environment, causing unnecessary stress and jeopardizing patient well-being.

We hope the way they handle their patients with HMO card would improve. In 2023, we rushed to their ER thrice. In the first two events, they said that our child needed admission. So as worried parents, we believed in everything that they said. But we were already noticing how they confirmed if we have HMO cards right away. In the last event in 2023, we were already wondering why there was a need to be admitted again if home care is possible. So we thought they were just all for the money especially if you have HMO cards.

This speculation came true today as we again went there for outpatient consultation for our daughter's condition. Without even inspecting closely my daughter's condition first, the doctor said right away "kapag ganyan hindi na pinapatagal yan, for admission na kaagad yan!". I was shocked at how the doctor imbibed fear on me and my child. The doctor even mentioned the word "mamamatay" IN FRONT of my daughter. Then suddenly he asked, "may card naman kayo diba"? This was it for me. We will never go to this hospital again because they are all there just for the money!

We sought for a 2nd opinion right away at a nearby hospital (Medical City). And wow, I liked the service there better. They are really concerned with the condition. Very far from what we experienced at Qualimed. The doctor assessed our child and said that it was not for admission as the condition can still be treated at home. What a sigh of relief for us worried parents.

My husband got into an accident and was rushed to the ER. The doctor didn't check his whole body for injuries. He only checked and treated the obvious ones. He even advised us to GO HOME and continue treatment at home since confinement is "expensive". Turns out, my husband had a long deep wound on his thigh that they weren't able to see and he needed to undergo operation. After seeing the wound, the doctor asked me to find a different hospital since the operation was gonna be expensive so we did. We had to stay in the hospital for almost a month and he was operated twice. Imagine if we listened to the doctor and went home. Tss. Pera pera lang kayo.

As a nuvali resident, this nearest hospital is the worse private hospital we went. Many of the nurses have no experience even for the basic! They even hire med rep for a nurse. Too much stress they gave us!! This hospital should be reported to DOH and be investigated.

Very slow customer service in hmo approval. Unprofessional when dealing with patients as someone got approved first without even having a queue number. Regular patients got served first when patients that are priority should have been served first.

Emergency room has no sense of urgency and their ICU room has flies.
