Opening of Peso Savings took almost an hour. But actually it took me two days for me to get assisted due to lack of details and misleading information sa website.

{ *One (1) valid ID is acceptable if the ID is a Passport, Driver’s License, PRC ID, UMID, SSS ID, PhilySys ID or School ID (for minors).}

1 Primary ID lang daw and additional documents maybe required by the branch. Sana inindicate na sa website ung mga dadalhin na additional documents para hindi pabalik balik. When you have a passport, they will not accept it kasi walang address, so you actually need to bring:
- TWO Primary IDs (Passport + any other Primary ID na may address like National ID)
- Company ID if employed,
- Proof of Billing (if sayo nakapangalan) OR if hindi,
- Brgy Clearance na for Bank Requirements (dapat nakaindicate dun ung full home address)

This is to help other people na magbabalak mag open sa peso savings sa branch na ito.

1 hour waiting time jusko

3 hours of wait time, many unmanned posts and mga teller walang sense of urgency.
They are being paid on a daily basis based on how they act and respond!

Sobrang daming staff but ang bagal ng service. Their website said 1 valid ID is allowed if driver's license. But they sent me away because kulang raw. Waste of time.

Nakadismaya, bumili ka ng ubeng turon. Tinanong kpa uli nun cashier kun ube turon. Turon lanka ang makakain mo. Inabot pa ng 3 min ang pagbabalot.
