Facilities not well maintained. Room is okay with aircon and internet and cable tv. Room for one person is small. Parking is limited.

Clean

Place is decent but some rooms are not well-maintained. Air-conditioning works perfectly fine. The place could be a bit pricey for its amenities. Good thing about the place is it's 24 hours front desk service. Also, it's near the city proper and accessible by public transport.

My experiend is, room not clean so dirty, toilet is very watery, when i open the fucet the water leakage.
Floor and door from balcany is broken, bed & fellow cover didnot wash, i still smell the wierd smelly. The price is high but the service is nit good. When i arrive the door can't close and lock i ask the front desk to come over and check, they dont show up at all. But one thing is good near to the xentro, plaza & bus terminal just walking distance 5min to xentro mall, 10mins to salcedo plaza and 9mins to bus terminal.

If you'd like to book a hotel for New Year's Eve and be told on arrival they're closed, this is it. As I wrote this, the hotel still registers as having available rooms on booking sites.

A big thumbs down for Agoda as well, who weren't able to do anything better than cancel the booking. Compensation from the hotel or Agods would have been in order.

In other words, avoid at all costs.
