Rapacon is a very good deal when you are searching for transient accommodation while in the city of vigan. They offer excellent and tidy rooms at a very affordable rates.

One of the transient house with the best deal. Affordable price, friendly staff, quite and just along the highway. They also have canteen if you don't feel like going out.

Need to improve the management. When we went there there problem with room allocation. Should have correctly set the number of guests to room in advance. But the owner was able fix the issue in expense for the guest time.
The breakfast longanisa ans suka is very delicious. You cod get fried or steam egg best suited with iloko suka
