We had our baby here last week . It was a nightmare. So many people in the rooms , cellphones blaring inside the room for the babies to hear 24 hrs a day. Babies waking up to the noise of 10 videos playing at once. That all being said , the staff are not the issue here. Staff are only following policies. The policies are the issue , as some of these policies are ridiculous. Less worry should be placed on plastic bags , bottle size etc and more on dealing with patients concerns. Most of the staff here are excellent and very much appreciated by our family . We chose a public hospital as it suited our needs better than a private institution. More funding is needed here to accommodate the overwhelming number of patients and yes I know thats easy for me to say but as a future Filipino citizen, I voice my opinion. Only with dialog will come a better country for all of us. Salamat Tanan!

My mom just die with blood sugar level of 393. What kind of people work this hospital, they fail to monitor and control my mom blood sugar. They do lots of experiment to make sure your love one gets drug intoxication. Doctors and nurses does not communicate to the family about the patient condition and as well the progress of my mom illness. My mom shaking all nights.nurses did not bother to check the oxygen level of my mom. Instead, she told my brother it is the side effect of the medicine. The next day my mom is in coma. Doctors are not making effort to explain any intervention to save my mom life.

The government just wasting money to pay all the employees. They are too dumb! Pls. Shot this hospital down! It’s zero star!
