Yesterday, on February 18, 2024, we dined at the restaurant. Most of us ordered the overload pancit batilpatong, and while the sauce was generous, the meat toppings were not as plentiful as in other pancit batilpatong dishes I've tried in Cagayan. They have a promotion where you get 1 free meal for every 5 orders. Despite ordering ten meals, the supervisor refused to give us our free meals because we paid separately and didn't order on one receipt. The supervisor, who has a pale skin tone and was wearing a black shirt, was not accommodating and was unpleasant to both customers and staff. The staff was also not organized when giving our orders. They gave us the wrong dish, which should have been given to the other customers/table. The comfort room was also shared by both men and women, lacked soap, and the toilet did not have a seat. The CR was tolerable, but due to the supervisor rude and inconsiderate behavior, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
