My digestive health is important to me and Pink Store is one of the only places in Cusco where I could find Kimchi. A small storefront on Ave. de la Cultura, near the major shopping mall. You'd miss it if you weren't looking for it. The folks in the shop were super friendly and attentive. I'll return as soon as I run out of the Kimchi I purchased.
