Border point between Peru and Bolivia. There is a no man zone after passing the Peru custom in order to reach the Bolivia custom. Taxis from Peru can't cross it. One has to carry his own luggage or hire a man pulled cart (not expensive, advised)
After entering Bolivia taxis are waiting.
Interesting experience.
Not a place to visit, one just passes under the arch.
