We rented hiking poles for S/5 per day. The man at counter is really nice and speaks both Spanish and English. He took two of our driver’s licenses as a deposit since we rented 5 pairs.

25 soles for gaiters vs 80 soles in another store. the price was fair/reasonable versus other stores essentially trying to get every sole out of you

Bought hiking gear here for the Salkantay trek. All looks good quality and reasonably priced.
The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Rented two sleeping bags. High quality and at a fair price. The couple running the place were very helpful :)

Although, please be prepared to leave a big deposit and bring a form of ID

The Gear, especially the shoes, was perfect for our Salkantay Hike. Very cheap prices and he takes time to find the right gear for you! We got 2 jackets, 2 pairs of hiking shoes, gloves and hiking sticks

We rented 5 days of gear for camping at Choquequirao here. The owner was super helpful and the prices fair (around 230 for 2 sleeping bags, 2 backpacks, 2 sleeping pads, stove, and tent)

Great place for trekking gear rental.

Do not buy camping material here.
