Inkari EcoLodge - Colca

A good hotel at the edge of town. Unfortunately to far away to hike back and forth but still a nice place for a stay. Nothing to do in the hotel other then relax and sit somewhere. The restaurant offers good food and has a nice fireplace. Part of our group was in need for a doctor due to altitude sickness and that was also very well organized by the reception. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean for local standards and come with some amenities like heating and basic shower stuff.

Hermoso hotel, disfruté muchísimo mi estadía. El hotel está a 10 minutos en taxi del centro de Chivay.
José Luis, el anfitrión, es una gran persona, muy servicial.
Las habitaciones son cómodas, y la vista que se tiene es espectacular, puedes ver el volcán Sacabaya. Tiene un jardín tipo laberinto muy bonito y una pileta de aguas tipo zen. Te recomiendo hacer yoga o meditación.
Detrás del hotel hay una ruta de trekking por la estación hidroeléctrica muy bonita.

Muy lindo lugar, el detalle es que por ahora están haciendo trabajos de alcantarillado hacia el hotel,Otro detalle que el camino en la noche hacia el lugar es muy oscuro, no hay alumbrado público. Pero muy lindo hotel

This lovely place is a very nice to enjoy the wonderful view of the valley, and the edge of the village. Peaceful and simple, but the kind staff makes sure you have everything you need, including traditional Peruvian diner and breakfast. 🙏
