Great service! Very friendly woman. They planned a 3-day trip for me to the Sacred Valley, Humantay lake and the Rainbow mountains. Everything was organised amazingly. My flight got cancelled last minute so I couldn't make the tour but they arranged it perfectly for me to make it all work out!

Thank you guys so much for wonderful trip. Everything was very well organized, as planned and on time. All tour guides were very friendly, hardworking with great attitude. The nature sites are spectacular. Everything was maintained in immaculate condition. The hotels we stayed were 4 stars. Everything as promised and more!! Tour guide Paulina is wonderful! I felt very comfortable with her. My Spanish improved also (additional bonus). I strongly recommend this agency!

Debo decir que al principio, tuve desconfianza por que no es fácil confiarle tus vacaciones a cualquiera. Pero esta empresa la recomiendo 100 % total mente responsable, acogedores tubieron un excelente trato, personalizados amables con nosotros, se encargaron de cada detalle, pasajes de tren, de bus, guías y hotel. Agradezco a Deivis he Indhira, por su atención excelentes personas.

Me complace manifestar, que si bien hubo conflicto al principio con esta empresa, está se empeño y resarció estos y fue súper amable, la recomiendo gratamente y si regreso a Machu Pichu, no dudare en volver a contratarla

Buenas tardes, realice un tour con "Cuzco tu destino travel "con mi señora hace 10 días y la verdad , desde q contrate hasta q dejamos Cuzco, no tengo palabras de agradecimiento hacia el Sr Daivis y todo su equipo de guías que nos estaban esperando en cada lugar donde íbamos, aconsejarnos para q no nos falte nada y tengamos una estadía hermosa como la tuvimos . 100x100 recomendable , no duden ni un segundo en contratar CUZCO TU DESTINO TRAVEL . Excelente tours, los guías muy amables, siempre dispuestos a cualquier consulta. Las visitas todas a horario. Los hoteles excelentes tanto en cusco cómo an Aguas Caliente. Una experiencia inolvidable junto a esta empresa. La super recomiendo!!!!

hola tengo 17 años mi madre me regalo un viaje al cusco ella eligio esta empresa les puedo decir que viaje sola desde una semana antes de mi viaje la empresa estaba pendiente de mi llegada desde que pise Cusco me recibieron muy bien me estaban esperando su atencion fue de primera mi madre tuvo una muy buena eleccion se los recomiendo me trataron como en casa me senti muy agusto los 5 dias que pase en este maravilloso tour muy agradecida a todos en especial a Usted Sra. We recently purchased a one-day Machu Picchu tour for some friends visiting from the US and were asked to pay a 50% deposit (about $500). Unfortunately, due to an airport accident involving LATAM flight 2213, all flights to Cusco were canceled. We had informed this agency of the situation (as I’m sure they were also well aware) and that we were waiting for more information about new flight options to Cusco and that my friends may not be able to make it. Not only did they show no sympathy for the situation, but they told us that in order to keep the tour open, we were now required to pay for the 2nd half of the tour. Normally this is done on the day of the tour in Cusco, but I guess they were more concerned about receiving money for a service they would not provide. We scrambled the next two days to find a way for our friends to arrive in time and keep this bucket list tour as an option, but unfortunately, flights did not open back up in time for them to make it. We then politely tried to work with the agency to either refund the initial deposit (yes, “deposit”) or transfer that credit towards a future tour, to which they not only outright declined but told us we were lucky not to have to pay the 2nd half. They also sent us verbiage from their website about their cancelation policy which only applies if the CLIENT decides to cancel a tour, NOT extenuating circumstances. Unbelievable. They may or may not provide quality tours but ask yourself if you want to work with an agency that values money over their clients this way. We will be filing complaints with the Autoridad Nacional de Protection del Consumidor and any other tourist or governmental boards we can find. It’s unfortunate that what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime tour turned into a bummer.
