El Batán Restaurant Gourmet

We got to the restaurant early so we missed the chance to have the caraculpra. We ordered the breakfast plate with pork, a scrambled egg with sausage, tamales and sweet potato. Make sure you eat this with the onion salad which transforms it from ordinary to delicious.
The vegetable tortilla and crepes were also very good.
Unfortunately the maracuya juice was out, so we had limonada and orange juice.
The restaurant is spacious, has a nice calming atmosphere, clean bathrooms. It also had a bakery with very impressive selection of breads and cakes, also bottled drinks for the road. Highly recommend this pitstop on the way down south.

Check the lounge. It has leather coaches and TV's, great for relaxing.

The best carapulcra con sopa seca known as mancha pecho plus other variety of dishes and desserts.
Highly recomended.

Un buen Restaurant, debe tener buena sazón, servicio, ambiente y ubicación, este lugar lo tiene ¡Todo Súper Bien!. Me encantó, recomendado 🙌.

Excelente lugar, ambiente fresco y agradable, atención de primera.
Exquisita sazón, platos generosos.

Buen punto para almorzar, no importa si es tarde, la atención siempre es buena y los platos criollos no defraudan, bien servidos y muy buena sazón. Hoy almorcé un seco de cabrito deshuesado con zarza criolla muy bueno! Y su chicha morada.

Me gusto mucho la sopa seca y las brochetas de corvina . Delicioso 😋

Hay que admitir que a pesar que sus precios no son cómodos, la comida es muy rica, vuelvo después de muchos años, me pedí un pepian con asado y estuvo buenazo, ahí les pongo las fotos como empezó y como terminó el plato
