Andes Path

I cannot thank Andes Path enough for saving the day!!! The morning we were set to leave for Rainbow Mtn our original tour company never picked us up at the set time. They never even got back to me in general! So at 4 in the morning I was calling around to different tour guide companies and Andes Path answered. They immediately sent a taxi for us so we could meet with the rest of the group that was already on the way. Thank you thank you SO much Andes Path! The best customer service I’ve ever had. They even messaged me at the end of the night to make sure we all had a good trip(:

We did the rainbow mountain and the machu picchu tour with this agency and Tania was such an amazing help. I was very amazed with her patience when she answered all my many questions. We felt very welcome and relaxed with her. She was very funny and sweet.
She helped us to book tickets for the Machu Picchu on a very short term and gave us all the necessary information. The prices were also very ok.
We could contact her anytime during, before or after the tours for questions and she would reply very fast to help us. I recommend this agency, and especially working with Tania! Our tours were amazing.

Desde un inicio nos recibió Tania, que con la calidez de un familiar que te recibe en su casa, nos dio instrucciones claras y precisas sobre lo que debíamos hacer y no hacer en nuestra estancia en Perú. Uno de los días tuvimos un error de planeación y la señorita movió mar y tierra para que nuestro itinerario no se viera afectado. Definitivamente el viaje hubiera sido una experiencia muy por debajo de lo que vivimos a no ser por el apoyo de estás personas. Servicio impecable. Teníamos un tiempo muy limitado y quisimos reservar tours a última hora y Tania nos lo puso todo súper fácil, es un ángel.
Incluso vino a recoger nuestras mochilas a las 4am a la estación.

Bij dit reisbureau werken super vriendelijke mensen! Ze hebben 1 dag van tevoren tickets voor de Machu Picchu geregeld voor ons en met de persoonlijke begeleiding omtrent de aanschaf was het top! De tickets werden rond de afgesproken tijd verstuurd via whatsapp, super gemakkelijk. Ik raad iedereen aan om tickets via Andes Path te boeken / gracias!!

A friend of mine booked the boat through them, from Puno to access Bolivia. They threatened my friend to pay S/90 more to give him the boat ticket when he was already on the bus to Puno. My friend agreed to pay such extra once he could get onboard. However, there was NO local guide or the boat coming to pick them as promised. The agency was gone afterwards on WhatsApp and not responding message again. What a joke… 😂
