Cielo is an amazing person! Her staff are super nice people who cook amazing food and are always prompt to help with anything you might need. Jorge (the shaman) is amazing I felt safe in ceremonies with his chanting and his work with ayahuasca is really profound and effective!

If you are looking for somewhere to heal with plant medicines near Pucallpa, you’ll be hard pressed to find a center better than this one. Located just outside of Yarinacocha, on the lake, you are surrounded by jungle and have gorgeous views of the sunset on the lake. Cielo and her dedicated staff provide top notch service, including support, delicious meals, absolutely clean and beautiful rooms, painting classes, jungle excursions, and most importantly- highly vetted curanderos. This center has been around for a long time for a reason. They don’t take shortcuts, and consider their guests healing a priority. I’ve been there many times, and will continue to and recommend to my friends.

A healing and life affirming experience from beginning to end. Cielo and her staff are some of the kindest and compassionate humans I know. I came full of trepidation because of my history with psychedelics and subsequence hospitalization. For the past 10 years my heart has wanted to have an ayahuasca experience for the purpose of healing that deep trauma. When I called Cielo she answered all my fears and affirmed they introduce the medicine slowly so not to shock the system. I trusted her answer. The curanderos heard my fears as well and checked on me throughout my journey. I received the messages from the Mother Aya that are still soothing my soul today!

Casa de la Madre with Cielo has been the central place of my spiritual homecoming each winter since my first visit in 2019 (with the exception of 2020 pandemic). Known as Mama, Mumma or Mother in many circles, she has created a beautiful sanctuary from the ground up to welcome people with truth and without pretention...for those willing to share, to show up, to be open and to do the hard work. As well, she is supported by a bottomless well of love through the volunteers, friends, artists and support staff. You can trust that Kelly, Wikle, Gloria, Beija, Alma, and Limbert as well as the translators and facilitators supporting each of your ceremonies will do their best to anticipate and meet your needs with humility, a smile and kindness - even in moments where they may be going through life's trials as well. If it is not clear...I love this place. I trust this place and if you are in search of a womb to cocoon, study, transition and rejuvenate...do not hesitate to land here.

My husband and I spent a week La casa and were welcomed by great energy and a safe and free environment to experience mother ayahuasca. Cielo was wonderful at leading us through our many experiences, and we are grateful for our time spent there. We recommend this sacred space and experience to all that find themselves at yajé’s front door.

Casa de la madre lives up to its name, not only for the powerful madre medicine but also the welcoming and healing mama energy of the owner Cielo. during dieta i felt like i was in a cocoon of rebalancing and healing, and after felt the strength in my wings to fly high. i can highly recommend.

Cielo has been in the business of hosting visitors for a long time. This is a safe place close to Pucallpa to participate in ayahuasca ceremonies.

Those wishing to attend this retreat should first inquire if the owner's monkey 'Franky' is still around. I was attacked twice and my ear was bitten. This is not an isolated incident. The entire staff are terrified of this monkey. The owner is currently fighting for her life and has little time or interest to address this issue. Although this retreat has the potential to live up to its intentions, it is sorely missing them. This is not a safe place.
