Hanaq VIP Lounge

This little VIP lounge is a surprise and pleasant find in this otherwise plain regional airport. The staff members here are super friendly, the food replenishes very quickly, and surprisingly there is an open bar. There is not a lot of hot food options here but it is sufficient already. There is also a hot coffee machine here at this location. It's easy to find as well, I believe the airport actually refers it as "VIP Lounge".

Saw that this lounge had a 3.6 star rating but I think it deserves much better. The place was clean, staff welcoming and offerings for food and drink pretty decent.

Special thanks to Alicia who welcomed and checked me and my wife in, kept the place tidy and clean, and worked nonstop for the entire hour we were there to restock every single food and beverage item. We greatly appreciate her excellent service!

Great service located near gate 9 in national departures. 0500-1100 they have breakfast focused snacks, and beginning at 11 are small bite sandwiches. You also get a free drink from the bar. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Treat yourself while waiting for your flight!

Recommended place before your next flight. Cozy place with good WiFi.

That’s a very small space and doesn’t have many food choices, but at least they are very friendly and treat you very well, also they are happy to serve you more drinks when you ask for more

Basic basic basic lounge with small snacks and 1 free drink. Very small but had enough seats for the guests. Wouldn’t pay for it, but visited because i have priority pass.

We had 50-55 minutes to chill before the flight ,so we went decided to enter here.
The lady said we have only 10 minutes there after we got registered in becuase we have to ne at the gate at time....
So we grabbed some food and juice and left.
The gate wasnt even opened at the time when we were advised to go there, noneoftheless we had to wait 30 minutes up there instead of the lounge. Ridiculous!

Lounge opened at 6 while it was supposed to be at 5am. Our flight leaves in 10 min so makes this lounge useless

No dia 10.02.24, no período da tarde, utilizei 2 acessos a essa sala VIP: p mim e um amigo.
Ocorre que consoante a descrição da sala no app da Dragon Pass, o acesso é de até 3 horas. Contudo, antes de transcorrido o período de 2 horas, uma sra extremamente chata veio até nós falando que seria bom irmos nos dirigindo ao nosso portão de embarque porque já estava acabando nosso tempo. Nesse instante, asseverei que tinha entrado às 14:20 e poderia ficar até às 17:20. Nunca presenciei esse tipo de postura dm toda a minha vida! Uso constantemente salas vips! Não recomendo! Pior impossível!

Desastroso. Fui escovar meus dentes e nos 4 ou 5 minutos que fiquei no banheiro, a moça da limpeza bateu na porta 3 vezes. Na terceira tive que sair com a boca cheia de pasta e perguntar se ela podia me respeitar, já que se a porta está fechada não se deve ficar apressando as pessoas, e sim aguardar. Nunca tinha visto situação semelhante em qualquer sala vip.
