Muy buena atención en plataforma y ventanilla pero realmente tienes q esperar más de una hora para ser atendido, pésimo servicio

Una demora total de atención, tuve que dejar mi cola e ir a otro banco que me atendieron rápido, regrese y aún no tocaba mi número !! Aún que sea cliente igual es... Si saben que tienen gente deben aumentar personal
