Los Toldos Chicken

Nice restaurant across from my hostel. The chicken smelled incredible but I got the tuna ceviche to go because they were out of salad and it was delicious. Next night I got the roasted chicken- came with fries and veggies- salty but delicious. Cake was not good.

Peru has the best food I have ever eaten in my life. This place has great prices and amazing flavors. We tried a few dishes and were so impressed with all of them. The salad they bring out was amazing as well with great dressing. My table loved the chicha morada. Check it out when you are in Cusco

Incredible Peruvian roast chicken here! We ate here several times and loved it. Great value for money, lovely staff, juicy and flavourful chicken and crispy fries! We ordered the 1/2 chicken and it came with fries and two small garden salads. They have an amazing chilli sauce they serve with the chicken too. We also ordered the palta a la reyna— 1/2 an avocado stuffed with potatoes, chicken, peas and mayo. Absolutely delish!

The atmosphere here is reminiscent of a ski lodge, with its wooden interior and red accents. Really enjoyed this local gem!

This is an excellent spot to get delicious, juicy, traditionally prepared roast chicken in the heart of Cusco. Terrific service, friendly staff, clean and inviting atmosphere. We were so glad to get this recommendation and have a chance to pop in for dinner. Highly recommended.

Best roast chicken I've had in ages. We got a whole chicken & it was immense & so juicy & flavorful. Fresh fries also great. Pisco sour was on point for cheap & chicha was good. Recommended.

The place is a tucked away gem, deliciously tender Peruvian chicken breast (which is the speciality out here) tried out the Pisco Sour and was blown away. Perfect dinner place as it has amazing food at an affordable price. Try this place out. My server Ander was a sweetheart always ready to serve and give the best recommendations.

The best part was the table salad to start off your meal drizzled with a delicious home made sauce. Let me mention this to be a free entrée

We visited this restaurant twice on our Cusco trip as the value for the money is excellent. The half roasted chicken fries are the item to order.

Best spot in Cusco for pollo a la brasa. The 1/4 was just the right amount for me. It comes with a lot of fries. The chicken is cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Yum!

The wood fire rotisserie chicken was some of the best food we had while in Cusco. Staff is very nice and helpful. It gets super busy around dinner time.

Pollo ala brasa, well seasoned chicke, crispy skin and yet juicy meat! Their chichamorado was absolutely refreshing!

Trout ceviche was on point!

Great Chicken! Juicy and crispy and they serve some nice spicy homemade sauce with it. Delicious. Had the 1/2 Pollo and it was more than enough.

Such great food, full of flavour and friendly staff.
You know you hit the jackpot when there are so many locals eating there as well.

By far the best rotisserie chicken. Normally I take pictures of the food to post with the review. But we could not wait to eat it and forgot to take the picture. Would come back here every chance I get. Highly recommended. By the way I hear the pizza is amazing as well.

Had difficulty communicating with staffs at the restaurant, however, they were very patient with us as we ordered. Additionally, the chicken was exceptional: juicy and well seasoned.

Great chicken, great service, great price (for Cusco). They accommodated us with no notice on Christmas Eve for 12 people. For takeaway they'll give you your food in just a few minutes. This place is honestly deserving of a higher rating.

Jefferson, our waiter, did an excellent job providing everything we needed, & then some. He wiped the mouths of our drinking glasses & also neatly packed our leftovers in boxes for us.

The salads were good. The chicken was juicy & delicious. The Lomo saltado was a bit over cooked. Both were a little salty, but most Peruvian food is anyways.

I came here 3 times during my short stay in Cusco. Juicy chicken, crispy fries, and fresh fruit juice. Yum!

- you can smell the wood fire within the restaurant. I didn’t have any issues with it, as it was for me more traditional.
