Casa Falleri Boutique Hotel

Super friendly staff. There is always someone there. Front gate is always locked, which is great. Breakfast included. The antique vibe is pretty cool and it’s walking distance to everything you would want to do in Barranco. They even provide great recommendations for things you can do in the area. We went to a seafood restaurant based on their recommendation and it was great. People were asking us where that restaurant was afterwards seeing pictures of the food and hearing our praise. Overall had a great time.

Was an excellent way to spend my last night in Barranco. The hotel is a work of art and it felt like living in a museum. A very cool experience. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed the neighbourhood much more than when I stayed in Miraflores.

I honestly came for the space and ended up staying for the people. Incredible warm and professional staff that made me feel like family. The workers come from all over the world and speak many languages as well as live on site which personally made my stay feel safe and luxurious! It was the break I needed away from cold corporate hotels. Don’t be afraid to ask the owner about restaurant recommendations (they were amazing).

I can't say enough about how accommodating owner Giancarlo, and his staff, Marco and Regner, and the driver were. My 10:50pm arrival in Lima was delayed until 2:41am! I communicated with the hotel and Marco meet me at the airport, escorted me to the driver's car, and helped me get settled. Incredible! On my way to the airport after checking out, I realized that I didn't have my passport. I called Giancarlo. They found my passport, got another driver to pick it up and deliver it to me at the airport. Amazing! This is a special place with special people. And a great neighborhood! Great hotel, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, cold air conditioning, hot powerful shower. In a central spot of Barranco. Loved the art and antiques. Close to parks, art museum, dinner show Candelaria, bridge of sighs and beach.

Stayed here in March 2023 with my brother and friend. Amazing location right in the middle of the tourist area. Very unique hotel with lots of charm and character, old historical building which is renovated to a high standard. Very nice large rooms with modern facilities but still keeps its character. Staff were brilliant for us and very accommodating and couldn’t us help enough. John Carlos the owner and Regi are great guys and very nice people. Highly recommend this hotel to anymore staying in the area. 10 out of 10 experience for us. Thanks again guys and sorry I’ve been so slow to do this review for but you deserve it so glad I can recommend this place to others.

We have only been here for 24 hours and I already feel the need to share a review. This place is beautiful. The management has done an amazing job maintaining the beauty of the historical architecture, and it is well decorated with antiques. BUT the best part about Casa Falleri is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, courteous and willing to assist with every need you might have. I asked where I could go get a 6 pack of beer and the manager, Giancarlos, was ready to send someone to get it for me. I cannot wait to come back. I am so disappointed we only set 72 hours to spend here.

Casa falleri was a beautiful, warm way to start our experience sin Peru. The house itself is historic and unique. The tiles, the tall ceilings, the windows, it’s a sight to be seen. It’s a special boutique experience, not the average chain hotel stay. But above anything else was the staff. They made us feel safe and at home. Giancarlo went above and beyond - making sure we were comfortable, well fed, content, and enjoying our time in Lima. He is more than happy to help with any accommodations throughout your stay. We loved talking to him and learning about the house, the history, and the area. I will recommend them to anyone hoping for a safe and welcoming stay in the best area in Lima. I hope to see them again soon!

Unique, rustic boutique hotel. Helpful and charming staff. It’s a one of a kind stay and a touch less modern than other spots. Great breakfast, too!

I stayed for a couple nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helped me organize pick up from the airport and other taxi rides as needed. The hotel itself is very interesting and it was fun to check out the decor on the walls. Breakfast was delivered to my room and was very tasty.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights, and had a lovely experience. We started with a nice room, and were upgraded to an even nicer room after the first night, at no additional charge. This hotel is a beautiful old mansion that has been thoughtfully brought up to date, while retaining the original look of the building. The staff bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of. This is a place with character; it's not a bland hotel; it's a charming old place that is well run and friendly. People who prefer a standard American hotel may not like this, but we found it to be a perfect reflection of the Barranco neighborhood.

Unique hotel with wonderful accomodations. Staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and promptly avaliable. The location is within the great Barranco neighborhood and an easy walk throughout. Explore on foot or on bike, or grab a taxi to somewhere else in Lima, the front desk will help you. Great place!

Beautiful and unique stay. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. They really made you feel welcome. We had to leave before the complimentary breakfast and the staff even prepared some fruit and coffee for us before we departed. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff are fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique. We got an email in advance of offer starting asking if we wanted a taxi arranged from the hotel. The next morning when we thought we missed the breakfast cut off and we began to leave, the caught us outside, inviting us back in and made us breakfast, all while having thr owner chat with us as if we were old friends.not to mention the bar and bartender, super great! If in Lima, this is the place to stay.

Phenomenal little boutique hotel in a vibrant neighborhood! The building is a large old beach house with 14’ ceilings that has been remodeled to add modern amenities and decorated in a vintage style. We loved relaxing in the bar and reading in the sitting room. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Definitely a repeat location.

This place is awesome. Like going back in time, but with a really hot shower and clean bathroom. The house is like a museum and it's 100+ years old, so don't expect soundproofing and all the modern amenities one would expect at say, a Marriott. But you will not find a more photogenic, well located, or friendly hotel in Barranco. I will send all my friends here 😁

Great place! This hotel is really beautiful and amazing. Located in one of the best parts of Peru it comes at a very competitive price point and delivers superior value. This building is very charming and so are the staff!

We spent five nights at Casa Falleri Boutique hotel. It’s a unique restored mansion located in the heart of Barranco.

Close to many restaurants, museums, the Bridge of Sighs and not far from Miraflores.

Giancarlo the owner, Jorge, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff were all very hospitable. They helped us with suggestions, arrange some of our tours, and with transportation to and from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a night during our trip to Peru, and absolutely loved everything about it! The room was so unique, and every corner was full of art. The staff was so very friendly, and made us feel at home! Whenever we make our trip back to South America, we will definitely be staying at Casa Felleri! Thanks again you guys!!
