Cusco Punku

Such an amazing experience traveling with Cusco Punku. Our guide Franz handled every curveball our family threw at him with ease and without complaint. He took us to see such great sites and was so knowledgeable and cared about our learning experience. He truly cared about us as travelers and did everything he could to help us feel comfortable. So grateful for this company and what they did for us in Lima as well as Cusco. Highly recommend!

Cusco Punko and our guide Franz were incredible. We spent 3 days in Lima and 4 days in Cusco full of customized activities. Franz listened to every detail and accommodated every desire we had. He was quick to adjust plans when we made last minute requests or changed our minds on the spot. He was so patient and understanding, and shared so much knowledge in an engaging way. He provided us with the perfect mix of historic archeological tours and activity activities like zip lining and hiking. You will not find a better tour guide to take you around Peru, we trusted him with absolutely everything and would highly recommend him and his company. 10/10, 5 stars, absolutely wonderful.

SERIOUSLY THE BEST TRIP EVER! our tour guide franz was so awesome, he seriously made everything so fun and was so easygoing and helpful! every single thing he planned was perfect for our family and we had so much fun! defiantly took all the stress away from planning a trip, especially with COCID, but everything went so smoothly! if you’re going to peru, use him!!

I will never go back to Peru without calling Franz at Cusco Punku to book my trip. He took the hassle out of arranging a foreign trip so that I could enjoy more time with my family. He made sure everything was taken care of from the moment we landed in Lima until we left 10 days later. He and his daughter Stephanie were the models of professionalism and compassion. They always answer the phone when we called and were able to instantly troubleshoot any problems or questions that we had. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Franz was incredible; he planned our families vacation (8 of us) a couple years ago and he was awesome. He planned our whole schedule and made the entire trip so easy for us! I would recommend him to everyone.

This travel agency saved my butt. The plane was hectic getting off and on and I left my carry-on luggage on the plane during a connection. When we landed at the end of the second flight they already confirmed it was mine. I didn't even have a name tag on it. Other agencies would have booked us on some small boat to swim with the turtle but we were on a yacht for barely any more money. It was a trip of a lifetime and they treated it like such. Yes there were problems with taxis not speaking English or hotels not understanding me but normal out of the country experiences. All of the private transportation was well spoken and on time! Great travel agency.

This agency is just wonderful. They took care of every detail you could possibly think of. Flight tickets, meals, train and bus tickets, all other transportation, entrance tickets to the sites, hotels, and more. They promised a lot beforehand and over-delivered when the time to provide the service came.
