Absolutely excellent, exceptional, outstanding, and exceeding all expectations! I recommend Hernan; he's reliable, honest, exceptionally professional, well organized! Hernan responded always really quickly, and maintains outstanding follow-up, before, during, and even after the trip if necessary. He is truly remarkable and offers the best service we've ever encountered. He welcomed us, assisted with airline and local SIM , even went the extra mile to verify the validity of my passport at the immigration office, and surprised us with a thoughtful gift when we leftl! Hernán and his team did a great job, we had so much fun at Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain. Just tell Hernán your plan and he will do the rest for you, all of them speak great English so no worries if you don’t speak Spanish. Definitely recommend Hernán to you all.

I contacted Andean Roots in December for a quote for a trip for 6 people. Hernan quickly got a quote/itinerary together. The itinerary/price was great but we wanted to change a few items and customize it to our preference. Hernan was in contact every step of the way. Esmeralda our tour guide and Jose our shuttle driver were amazing. Hernan kept us informed throughout the trip on what time pickup was and made sure we had the correct documentation for each days activities. I highly recommend Andean Roots for a seamless travel experience!! Thanks Hernan, Esmeralda, Jose and the rest of the Andean Roots crew!!

Hicimos el machu pichu con andean roots, y fue una súper buena experiencia! Todo tan bien organizado, el conductor, el guía, la comida todo perfecto! Hernán hace su trabajo con mucha energía y amor.
