We book Matchu Pichtu Bus-10km Walk-Train including catering and Hostel and also Rainbow Mountain with this agency. The Organisation of the trips was to our complete satisfaction.

Wir haben Matchu Pitchu mit dem Bus-10 km Wanderung entlang der Schienen - Zug incl. Verpflegung und Hostel gebucht. Zudem haben wir mit dieser Agentur Rainbow Mountain gebucht. Alle Trips waren zu unserer voll Zufriedenheit organisiert.

Buena calidad de servicio, buen trato, tienen varios paquetes turísticos a buenos precios. MUY RECOMENDADO

Es buena pero suelen cambiar los horarios. Eso sí, te avisan con anticipación. Deberían actualizar el catálogo con los horarios actuales de salidas a los tours.

We took 3 tours with this agency ( humantay lake, rainbow mountain and Machu Picchu)
Mostly it was well organized but i had to ask them everyday in advance what time is the pick up or what is the plan for the next day. They should send this message to everyone without someone asking.

Also i didn't liked that sometime we were the first one to be picked up and after we had to stay in the bus and be driven around the city for another 1 h to pick up everyone else. They should have a pick up time and a location for everyone so we will not lose time.

Bad experience we had with the Machu Picchu tour where you will have the guide only after you reach the Machu Picchu, the rest, transfer, train you will do by yourself, something that they didn't mention.
I was very disappointed of 2 things, after our tour finished we had almost 4h gap until our train came, they know how long it's the tour and they should arrange more reasonable time + once we reached to Ollantaytambo station most of the people were waited by the agency to take them home, we had to take another bus by ourselves who dropped us very far from our hotel and even there nobody was waiting for us, other people as well they were waited by their agencies but not us.

They are not very clear with all the information.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE. We purchased two camelbacks from this store and they both did not work, they both leaked immediately from the package. We went to the store 4 times to get a refund but they kept telling us to come back. The owner eventually spoke to us and did not give us a refund even though we showed her the camelbacks were both broken.
