Selina Plaza de Armas Cusco

Overall I very much enjoyed my stay at the Selina Cusco, Plaza de Armas. The employees who work here were always pleasant and very helpful.

My stay was in one of the single Tepees and it was very well kept and super comfy! The heater that they include in them is perfect for the colder evenings!

In terms of booking tours or transportation to/from the airport it was as simple as sending a quick message to their readily available tour planners or just dropping by the front lobby.

Overall very satisfied and highly recommend.

Great location, clean facility and super friendly people. I would give this place 5 stars for rooms, however complimentary coffee or tea would be greatly appreciated and the bed was to firm for my taste.

This was a great stay! The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Centrally located near good restaurants and sites. The main square can be very busy but was always a nice relief when you crossed over to our area to less people and noise. The road on the weekend can be a bit busy and loud if you have a room facing it.

Rooms were clean and stylish. Desk personnel were friendly and helpful and made check in/out easy. We booked several excursions through Selina and they each were organized and thorough in what to expect. The Selina is located a few steps from the Plaza de Armas where lots of restaurants and shops exist. Overall a great stay at Selina.

Loved the atmosphere around, rooms were clean, location was very close to the centre of the city. Katty (Kitty) was amazing and very helpful and so was the rest of the team :) Forgot most of their names. Will definitely come back again and stay only at the Selina

We loved our stay in Selina Cusco! Our location was very close to the historic center and we had everything we needed the whole time at our hotel. The public spaces were very fun and cute and our room was very comfortable. Angie helped us whenever we ordered drinks or food down in the restaurant and was very friendly and helpful. We would stay in Selina again the next time we are visiting!

Cathy at the front desk was very helpful, kind, understanding in helping me resolve a booking error on my part. The rooms and facilities were also nice, I stayed in the shared dorm and met some interesting people!

Great experience at this hotel! The restaurant and common areas were great and they even had a large dedicated yoga space with mats and blocks. The kitchen could have been better stocked and the pots and pans were in rough shape, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. We stayed on the 4th floor which had a lovely view and was away from the noisy common area. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Also, the WiFi was great!

The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and would like to thank Frank particularly as he was so kind and helpful when I arrived early from the night bus. Excellent location and facilities great, including the kitchen.

Very good experience. The hostel is calm so not a party hostel. The service is fast and the meals are good. The cowork is good as well but the ceiling is a bit low if you’re a guy

The best hostel in Cusco! Really modern and comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff, especially Cat who was so helpful! Really central location too - 100% stay here if you’re in Cusco!

We visited Cusco Plaza and we're welcomed by Kathy at reception, she is so friendly and funny giving us a lot of tips about Cusco places to go and make our visit an unforgettable experience! Definitely would love to come back and have Kathy as the receptionist forever!!! Thanks Selina!

I love Selinas! I used to be a nomad and I stayed at Selina’s and used their co-working space all over the world.
Selinas plaza de armas is great. It’s in a great location ( a block from the main square) and it’s very clean and everyone there are lovely! The check in check out process was smooth. I stayed at a private room with private bathroom. The room was cute with a nice bed and great shower. The place is really cool. The decor is very thematic. They have a yoga room, library, cool restaurant and of course the coworking space. People are super lovely and I will definitely come back.

They have just figured out what really matters.
You can book whatever you want in the hotel like: tours, massages, laundry, taxis and thr food aswell as the rooms are great!

Selina’s has friendly staff that are helpful and polite. The hostel is comfortable and clean. You can be assured to get a good sleep and feel refreshed when you stay here :)

I often choose to stay at Selina because you can trust the network to have excellent locations and friendly staff. This one was no different. The front desk staff was so kind and responsive to messages. They even let us change the dates of our stay for free after a cancelled flight. The Peru Selinas (both Miraflores, Lima and Plaza de Armas) were my two favorites after staying in over 10 locations of theirs worldwide. The only reason for the four stars on the rooms category is I think Selina can be a bit overpriced, both rooms-wise and for food. This isn’t a critique of this specific location as much as it has to do with my thoughts on the network as a whole.

It been a wonderful experience that i used selina armas cuzco.

All crew member is so gentle and nice and they are willing to support me a lot.

Today i go to trekking to machu picchu, but after the trekking i will come back and stay couple of days to finish my trip in cuzco with selina crews.

English and Spanish is supported.
