Hotel Torre Dorada

This hotel is so amazing. The staff is super friendly and I got to know them on a personal level during my time here. The staff here are always extremely attentive and have smiles on their faces. The breakfast has a great variety. Front desk staff has helped us numerous times whether it be hailing a taxi when needed or to find cool local spots to visit and eat. Located in a quiet residential district with a park right across the street.

This hotel is amazing. Everything is super clean, and the staff, especially the lady in change of breakfast, is exceptional. They offer access to the kitchen and tea available at all times. An excellent overall experience.

I booked this hotel online and I highly recommend it, it’s a small hotel but really nice. The room are clean, a little cold but the guys at the front desk are very friendly and helpful so they gave us the heaters. Breakfast is very good, if you want any eggs ask Karina, she is really kind and sweetheart lady! Housekeeping ladies are very professional and they clean your room every day and they clean very well!!
the only issue my friends had, it was the hot water on the 4th floor but the guys at the front desk solved the problem right away!
Wi-Fi works very well, if you want go to the center you can walk ( it takes 20 minutes) or 5 minutes by car ( taxi or Uber, it costs 3 dollars!)

The hotel itself feels warm and modern, and it was more pleasant in person than in the photos. The staff were all very kind and personable. And I'd say they went over and beyond normal expectations for hotel staff. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the central square, and it's a walk I wouldn't quite feel safe doing at night. Last two days, we didn't have hot water to shower. But overall, it was a very lovely experience.

The hotel was clean and room was big, all fixtures work well for their intended functions. The front desk was helpful, accommodating, and English speaking. Breakfast was superb. It is located in a residential neighborhood, a bit far from all the actions, about 25 min walk to the main square, but it is cheap for a cab ride to anywhere in Cusco, and I found the location made it to be quiet and safe

Amazing place! Very clean, good wifi, hot water totally working, beautiful rooms and common areas. Breakfast is delicious, especially since it is made by the most sweet person, Karina who would double check that you enjoy the food. Very nice staff in general:)

Loved the place! Room was quite big, clean, hot shower, super friendly staff, complementary tea.
The only problem was that every night there was some loud market music close to the hotel but it was impossible to do anything about it.
If I come back to Cusco, I'll stay there again for sure. Going to miss señora Carina's breakfasts! They are the best!!

Lovely decor, Great Service from both the young man Diego in reception and Karina the kitchen chef. Comfy room. Taxis into the town centre are very reasonable. Complimentary tea and coffee available at all times.

Best service! Everyone was very kind, great breakfast. The best room service, offer free hot water and coca tea! For sure will choose here again if I travel to Cuzco again.

Breakfast was the most elaborate I’ve experienced in Peru. Off street parking, quiet neighborhood. Super clean facilities and big comfy beds… Laundry service was easy to facilitate and the host is friendly. WiFi was pretty good… Would definitely stay again.

Little out of the city but the staff make up for it. They are incredibly kind and helpful. Wonderful laundry service and even held my bags after check out. Oh and amazing beds!

The hotel is not in the city center, however, the staff and owner have the best customer service you will ever have. Truly genuine and not the fake customer service many of us have encountered. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Great breakfast and very clean rooms. Beds are very comfortable and will make you want to sleep in after those very long excursions. 10 min to the main square and they give you a phone during your stay. I did love staying close to the square however, one may never receive a genuine customer service like this.

Everything from the initial booking communication through to the courtesy taxi back to the airport was faultless.

The staff are wonderful and the hotel has a great atmosphere which is best experienced in the communal areas outside of each room, which provide a great way to meet and chat to, fellow travelers.

The hotel has a fleet of cars which provide courtesy transport to and from any local destinations day or night and the staff will be more than happy to sit down with you to make best use of your time in Custco.

Very secure, safe and clean hotel in Cusco. We were very nervous about staying in Cusco, but this hotel made us to feel safe and secure. The hotel is in a more residential area, but they have contacts with reputable taxis who can take you into the city for $6 each way. In addition to this, they will give you a mobile phone where you can call the hotel once you're ready to come back and they will send one of their taxi's to pick you up. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice accommodations. Staff was extremely helpful & pleasant. There was a driver available to pick us up or drop us off at a moments notice. Room & bathroom were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. This place helped make our trip a memorable one.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is far enough from the main area of Cusco to not be loud, but not too far to be obnoxious (~10 minutes, 5-6 soles). The front desk is also great at recommending tours, and the cleaning of the rooms is impeccable. The breakfast included each morning is also very tasty.

as other reviews have said, excellent service that goes above and beyond. excellent beds, hot showers, tasty breakfast (even a nice bag breakfast if you headed out early). we got lost once, and they gave us a cell phone to use to call anywhere for the taxi (included) to pick us up. the desk staff all seem to have a pretty decent grasp of English as well. speedy internet connections too. oh and free bottled water.

I really loved this hotel. Its a bit further away from the main square but we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, service is awesome. You can arrange for pickup at any time of the day, just give the hotel a call from the pay phone. The room is comfortable, its in a quiet residential area, and the service is unparallelled. Would definitely stay here again ! Please note that you can email the hotel for a free pickup from airport, just another example of their excellent service !

Excellent hotel. Best and also the least expensive in South America over our 1 month holiday. The service is first rate. Breakfast was very good too.
Highly recommended, good English speaking desk clerk. A little bit out of town, but taxis here are dirt cheap.
They even gave us a mobile phone and said to ring them after our restaurant meal in town for pickup.
