Took some North Face rain gear that I was a bit worried about taking to a regular laundrette, spoke with the guy and he assured me it would be fine and that he knew the process. Had the gear cleaned in a couple of days and did a grand job. Very happy with the service.

8 soles per kg. Double the price of street laundry but you got what you pay for.

Dropped our laundry off at 9 and it was ready at 5:30. They did a good job and it was neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. Very reasonably priced especially compared to the hotel laundry cost. The place was busy with many locals so I expect that is a good sign. They also do dry cleaning.

This was perfect as a quick, convenient place to get laundry done in the middle of our backpacking trip. We paid 20% extra for 3 hour turn around for laundry by the kilo. They have a quicker turnaround option as well. For 3 hour turn around, 6 kilos was 46 sol, which we were happy with. Clothes came back fresh, no bleach, and without overpowering smell. Worth it.

Came here with a down jacket in bad shape after laundering it in a different place. After a couple days my jacket was almost brand new.
They have a special procedure to wash down/feather clothing, and it came back as puffy as ever.

I was staying at the Marriott, and needed to get some laundry done. This seemed to be a large, reputable place and I was able to drop off my laundry at 3pm and pick it up again at 7pm. Cost was 8 soles per kilo, total was 45 soles. My clothes were clean and I haven't noted any problems.

Fabulous laundry with excellent service. They charge per kilo with an extra 20% for same day service but even then the total came to 31 soles for just over 3kg of clothes (compared to US$6 per kilo for 24 hour service at the hotel I was staying at). Super clean premises and all of my clothes came back intact and perfectly clean. Couldn't be happier.

Professional appearance. Used for undergarments, basic t-shirts, jeans and did a great job with same day service. Dropped off at 10:30am, done by 6:30pm for pick up. Very reasonable price (approx 6 soles/kg).

We had dropped off our laundry today - a bunch of dri-fit shirts and merino wool items, in the morning at 10am and they were ready by 5pm. We paid S18 for about 2.5kgs. Very clean place, staff were nice and efficient. The clothing didn’t smell too much like detergent and we asked them (through google translate) to wash in cold water and dry low and they did cause none of our merino wool shrunk! I guess they’re used to washing these types of items.

Yes, they are a little dearer than some, but you get what you pay for and they have a dry cleaning service. All very professional, with our clothes in great shape after the washing and folding. Definitely reccomend.

These guys are super professional, the place hums like a factory. They know their schedule and can tell you exactly when your laundry will be ready. Quick turnaround (within the day), everything clean and folded well, nothing damaged or missing.. really solid, would recommend

The staff doesn't speak English at all,but i asked to have my laundry washes/dried within 3 hours, whixh they did. I also pointed out that there are clothes that are sensitive and need to be dried at very low temperatures and they took note of that. All my clothes came back clean and not shrunk :)

Super easy to use and good quality laundry mat! Drop off your clothes in the morning and they are all folded and clean by the evening. It cost 30 sol for 4kg of clothes. The people are very kind and straight foreword, and can communicate in Spanish and English for all the essential information!

People writing bad reviews due to it being "expensive" should take their clothes to the river and wash it themselves.

Service in shop was pretty good, but quality of returned clothes was excellent. All pieces accounted for, price reasonable especially for same day turn around. Highly recommend!

If you're staying at the hotel next door, use this place. I dropped off in the morning and she agreed to even deliver to the front desk for me (how there's not already a business arrangement between these two already, IDK). Great price and convenience.

Very fast, within 3-4 hours. Very cheap, paid only about 16 soles for < 2kg. And friendly staff, they even spoke quite a few words in English. Really good service overall.

Loved this place! Our clothes were freshly pressed and spotless on return. We never thought our clothes would be clean again after our 5 day Salkantay trek!

They say you get what you pay for. That's certainly the case here. It costs a little bit more but they do a great job and it's still cheaper than the hotels.
Highly recommended and will use them again when back in Cusco.

Good and reliable place to wash clothes. Left the laundry in the evening and picked it up the next day at 3pm. It was 8 soles per kg.
