I dropped off 2+ kilo of laundry around 9:30 am and it bac at 18:00 the same day. Clothesvwere Vert clean and neatly folded. The price was very reasonable and the location is great...not far from major attractions. Overall, very pleased with the service. I would definitely use Lavamatic- Garcilaso again.

Would recommend. American traveler with little Spanish, was able to get a few things washed in ~2 hours. 9 soles for a bit over 1 kilo of laundry. Got it all back with nothing missing

Stayed in Cuzco for almost a week and after Machu picchu needed some seriously cleaning & drying services because it was pouring rain the entire time I was on the mountain. These ladies washed and dried my fleeces, down winter jacket, sneakers (2 of them!), jeans, shirts and bras all in the same day. Highly recommend; they did a great job. I know the other review is terrible, but I did speak Spanish, so maybe that helped avoid any confusion? Not sure, but they were to the point and delivered on time with all my whites and colors coming out normally.

Sent 5kg worth of laundry for S/20 in the morning then got it before closing. All items were accounted. Good service for a quick wash and dry.
