Great jewelry store. The owner, Edgar and his team did a great job making smaller the ring my boyfriend wanted to buy. Exceptionally friendly service. We went here twice, and got surprised when the second time he remembered us, even though it had been a month since the last visit.

Edgar sold me and my friend really beautiful handmade Peruvian silver 950 jewelry. For me, Edgar adjusted my bracelet at least two times until it was perfect fit (you need to cut and stick the pieces back together). You can also see that they have a place where they are customizing and making jewelry in the back. He made my first experience buying jewelry so comfortable and pleasant!

This is such a special jewelry store. Edgar was able to make a gold band ring and engrave it for my boyfriend in 1 day. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. I whole heartedly recommend visiting and have Edgar make you something custom!

I found Edgar’s store on Google and visited looking for gifts. I had such a wonderful experience. I found a ring that he resized for me within the day and we returned twice after that! My partner had a ring custom made for only s/240 that had a lot of silver. I bought another ring and a set of earrings that he adjusted within half an hour as we were leaving for the airport. Honestly would have bought more if we’d had the time as the deals were so great. Couldn’t recommend more for high quality jewellery.

All the employees at the jewelry were very welcoming. I was looking for a special ring and I liked one of their styles, but I didn't like the colour of the stone so I asked if it is possible to make the same style with another stone colour. My timing was quite bad as I came on a Saturday, but flexible as they were, they said they can finish it by Monday noon. They are making the jewelry directly in the shop and it was even possible to join Edgar while he was making the ring at the same day on that afternoon. This way I was not only buying a jewelry for my girlfriend I was also able to be part of making it and this makes the piece of art extra special.

This was a great experience, the quality was really good and I had some nice conversations while making the ring.

Reliable, fast and does excellent work! I needed a silver ring resized and my husband needed some spondyluz (Peruvian shell) pieces added to a silver ring that had fallen out. Edgar did the work in just a few days and had it shipped to us in another city. When we couldn't pick up the delivery when it was supposed to be there, he went the extra mile and called the agency, verifying that the rings were in fact there and letting us know we could pick them up. Excellent customer service. My husband's ring looks even better than it did before, with extra attention to polishing and smoothing the transition from stone to silver. My ring is also beautiful and perfectly sized. I will definitely go back to Edgar again!

Just bought 2 fabulous pairs of 18k gold earrings from this beautiful family owned shop. All the artisian jewelry is designed and made by Edgar Tica, who sits behind the counter and makes adjustments or customizations according to your wishes.

The owner of the shop helped me to modify a broken ring I had without extra cost. So nice, serviceminded and professional! Highly recommend!

After a long search through Arequipa and Cusco for a gentlemen's ring I arrived at Edgar's Jeweler. Finally a store where the gold didn't look fake, the prices where real and the owner wasn't pushy.

Everything was possible, if given enough time. After some discussing we agreed on a design, color, stone and price. Ofcourse a deposit was needed and I got a receipt for the order.

The cool thing is that the craftsman is working in the shop! With the great advantage that the size or colour of the ring can be changed on the spot in +/- an hour.

After a five day wait I went back to the store to pickup my ring. And wauw! It was exactly what I had imagined.
