Amazing place full of great food, service and history!

The menu is extensive, interesting and full of choice. Now this isn’t a high quality establishment, more of a cosy local place with hearty fare. It doesn’t have high end prices so don’t expect haute cuisine.

Our waiter was so friendly and smiley and really tried his best with his English.

We tried a pisco sour for the first time and was pleasantly surprised although be warned it’s very strong!!

For food we had our favourite Lomo saltado which comes with rice and chips, plus the bolognese ravioli.

Both were super hot, tasty and came out fast.

All in all it’s a fab place to grab a bite to eat and watch the world go by.

This cafe bar was established in 1952, so they must be doing something right if they’re still going strong in 2023!

One of the favourites in Miraflores for coffee and drinks. This is an iconic cafe in a great location at Parque Kennedy. Great for people watching and to get the vibe of the city. If you are around definitely drop by!

Went here late at night to grab a late dinner. Great spot across a park. Service and food were great. Had indoor and outdoor options.

Well located, great service. I ordered a chilcano and pollo al horno. They both were good. Fabian was very helpful and nice, and the rest of the staff as well. Food is good, but the service is outstading. Also the coffee was excellent (see picture)

Excellent local cafe bar and restaurant in Miraflores, replete with traditional flavors in large portions. Everything is fresh and made with care. Prices will surprise you for the quality. Service is attentive, polite, and engaged. Try the Pisco Sour or any specialty drink from the bar. We loved our visit!

With all the amazing offerings across Lima, I chose to eat here twice... It is a little high priced on the Peru scale, but by American prices, this is an incredible value! I had Lomo Saltado, Creapes, Pasta, some sort of Fish Dish... and Creme Voltaire... They were all amazing in both presentation and taste. The choices here are wide and the quality and service are top-notch

Haiti is an almost historic cafe in Lima, they serve one of the best coffees and their food does not lag behind.
Overlooking Kennedy park you can treat yourself to a nice view and a bohemian atmosphere where you can enjoy from a meal to just a cup of coffee and pastries.
If you come to miraflores, Haiti is a must try place.

I thought the food very good and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The name fooled me. I expected Haitian cuisine but it was typical Peruvian.

Luckily, the restaurant had an English speaking person working. So, that made conversation and ordering a lot easier for us. We sat outside which was lovely and the restaurant has an extra bonus of having their own security guard patrolling the outdoor area so guests were not bothered by people on the street. Food was wonderful and staff very friendly. Definitely recommend.

The food here is incredible, artistic, and delicious.
I heavily recommend this restaurant for anyone who doesnt speak Spanish, or has special food requirements.
This was the only nearby place that could guarantee a gluten free meal for my girlfriend.

This restaurant is the best place ...first class with everything they do from the waiters to the food... I am an American who has visited this place during many trips over the last decade to Peru... I have had breakfast there countless times.... the outside Cafe and the people watching is second to none....Papillon
