Unbelievably lovely experience staying here for a couple of nights with my family. The location and its historical significance speaks for itself so I will highlight the hospitality: The staff were so incredibly kind, fiendly, and helpful. Our rooms and all common areas where spotless. The breakfast was to die for: fresh honey straight from the comb and an assortment of beautiful local foods with lots of staff around to accommodate is needed. Can't wait to return one day, thank you to everyone involved to make this such an enjoyable experience for my family and I.

First night in Cusco, we checked in with this hotel and we were absolutely amazed by the architecture and decor inside the building.

You definitely get that feeling of luxury, but at the same time there's a thought of history leading to the Inca times.

The staff were absolutely top notch, being friendly and providing amazing service. They were also nice enough to upgrade our room to a suite and provide a birthday cake for my partner's birthday.

The room is enormous, with everything included from robes, slippers and top of the line shampoo and conditioner.

We wish we had more time and could've stayed here much longer, because we didn't get a chance to use the spa.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you get a chance in Cusco!

This is a gorgeous hotel! It used to be Pizarros home, which I admit felt odd to be inside. The staff was so kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The early morning snack bar was excellent for us as we had to leave very early to travel. I highly recommend this hotel!

A fantastic hotel experience with exceptional massage services provided by Ana and Angela. I highly recommend staying at this establishment if you're in the area. Its central location offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring the town.

This is the place to stay in Cusco. The moment you pull up to outside the hotel, you are greeted with friendly staff who help you with your bags. You are welcomed into a beautiful space, filled with immense history.

Rhay at the front desk was so kind and made our check-in experience smooth. We arrived a bit before check-in, so he invited us to have a seat in one of the many seating areas and have some complimentary coca tea to help with elevation. He was able to get us into our room a bit early, which was appreciated. He also assisted us with a smooth check-out process.

The spa is so calm and relaxing. We did two hydrotherapy appointments and a massage with Luz. I cannot speak highly enough about these services. I was so relaxed, and honestly I felt like these services helped with some adjustment to the altitude. While initially we found it odd that you could not book a full day pass to the spa, upon arrival we understood why! The spa is quaint and pretty private—we were lucky to be the only two people using the space both times we were in there. They definitely want to keep each guest experience that way by booking hour long appointments.

The food: delicious. Breakfast had so many selections, great snacks at the restaurant and bar, dinner is fantastic. (I recommend the beef ravioli). The staff is also beyond friendly and attentive.

They offer a tour of the historic hotel, ours was given by Emerson. This is so far my favorite part of my trip. At the end, there is an entrancing musical performance, you seriously do not want to miss out on that!

The rooms are clean and nice! There is no AC, but this was not a problem, it got chilly at night so we just cracked open a window and that was more than enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely cared about our well-being and checked in on us about the altitude. I was so sad to leave this hotel and hope to be able to come back!

Amazing historical hotel. Staff is fantastic. Bathtub was far too small to be considered luxury. They have wonderful bath towels though. The hotel has kind of a dark dungeon feeling, so if that's your thing you will love it. Along with that everything is very solid stone and carved wood which feels super rich.

10/10 Fabulous 5 start hotel to stay! The staff was very helpful, attentive, addressed you by name each time we walked back into the hotel. Helpful with recommendations on places to visit in the city. They were very professional and we enjoyed interacting with all of the staff! The beds were so comfy! We also got to hang out with their baby alpaca on site.

This is a review for the Andes Spirit Spa as we did not stay in the hotel. There is only really one word that summarizes the andes spa experience and that is excellence. I got spa treatments for me and my partner post Salkentay trek. From the minute you arrive at the spa you are treated like a total VIP. Well pricey by Peruvian standards the spa delivers with an incredible massage. And the thermal circuit is both exciting and relaxing, with a variety of options like hot/warm showers, to a jacuzzi, and swedish sauna. Throughout the process the service was impeccable. Do yourself a favour and book a spa treatment even if you're not staying at the hotel. The only possible negative I have is that it was hard to get in touch with the spa from outside the country. The whatsapp contact for the spa (not posted elsewhere from what I can gather) is +51 997 581 106. From there you can arrange a date, time, and treatment type.

The hotel was wonderful.
Very attentive staff and delicious, varied breakfast. Interesting history of the building and the free Pisco sour class led by Darwin was brilliant.
The spa was lovely and I had an excellent massage from Luz. Thank you, Luz!
Worth the money, especially if you are an Amex platinum member.

I think this hotel lived up to its name.

You will find its location is very convenient.

Our room was huge and well cleaned.

All its staffs are very professional.

The restaurant onsite services excellent food. The morning breakfast buffet has wonderful selections.

We also used their spa and had a great and relaxing time.

We even joined their hotel tour. We learned lots of history in detail. And the ending of the tour was such surprise.

By all means, we had a good time.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Really enjoyed the Pisco sour class by Darwin. However, my favourite part by far was the spa, a truly luxurious experience. We had a warm welcome by Ana who showed us around the jacuzzi and the saunas facilities. At the end we had a relaxing hot stones massage - I am extremely grateful for Maira who is a very professional and extremely skilled masseuse, got one of the best massage of my life!

This luxury hotel is 10/10 and definitely worth a visit - one of our favourite hotels we have ever visited. Firstly, the hotel itself is stunning - the building is beautiful inside, with a gorgeous courtyard. The location is perfect as the hotel is only a short walk from the main plaza, but is still quiet. The rooms are amazing, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, everyone is friendly and willing to help and wants to ensure you have a great time. We also treated ourselves to time in the spa and were very glad we did.

Excellent spa and service. The hydrotherapy was top notch and set me up for a great deep tissue massage by Luz who knew exactly what she was doing. Ended with a steam and cold shower which was an excellent way to cap this experience. Perfecto!

Really spectacular. Lovely grounds, beautiful pool. Had a rustic look with high ceilings and wooden beams. Nice courtyards for a late night drink. One problem with the room was the near-total lack of USB ports. We did finally find one on the alarm clock next to the bed. They need to upgrade the electrical to have more USB plugs by the beds.

Having stayed at Marriott properties before I had a certain expectation of how the stay should have been. Needless to say, my expectations were blown away and I can honestly say this has been the best hotel I have ever stayed on. Period.

Willington made a lasting impression on both me and my partner. How he greeted us every night, helped us get checked in initially and even helping us find places in Cusco. He truly made us feel like family and feel the experience would not have been as good without him.

My family of 6 stayed at Palacio del Inka for a total of 3 nights (on 2 separate stays separated by a 2 night visit to Machu Pichhu in between) during spring break at the end of March. This hotel is the definition of opulence. No stone was left unturned. This hotel is centrally located in a very lively part of Cusco and resides on a historic property. It is properly categorized as a Luxury Collection hotel in the Bonvoy group of hotels. I have stayed at many Bonvoy properties and this is by far the best one I have stayed at. To say the least, it exceeds 5 stars on all categories from the service, reception, rooms, dining, and spa. The hospitality is one of the best experiences and every person on the staff was always willing and eager to help with no concept of the word “No.” The service rivals some of the best resorts in the world including some of the world’s best hotels in Asia.

Goyo and his army of bellmen were always ready to help in any way they could. During our 2nd stay there, they recognized my family walking up to the hotel up the main street lugging our carry on luggage with us from the bus stop and came up running towards us asking us if everything is okay and immediately took our bags from us and warmly greeted us back to the hotel.

Alfredo at the reception desk made our check in processes quick and simple and warmly greeted my family.

Willington also bent over backwards for my family while showing us to our rooms, delivering our luggage to our rooms, and giving us a tour of our rooms.
Lindberg, our waiter, was extremely responsive and always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions without hesitation.

Renato at reception/concierge desk gave a wonderful guided historic tour of the hotel that happens every day at 5pm. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided amazing information.

The breakfast buffet is phenomenal as were the a la carte options at dinner. All the food was freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet was priced extremely reasonably well considering the items offered and would be a great option for guests who are not even staying at the hotel.

A few other perks of the hotel were the nice Rumi Bar where every day at 6pm they have a Pisco Sour demonstration by the bartenders.

They also have local merchants selling alpaca goods in the courtyard of the hotel daily next to the restaurant and they bring a live alpaca for the guests to pet and take pictures with.

Thank you so much for such a memorable and amazing stay and we are looking forward to recommending this hotel to our family and friends without hesitation.

La Palacio del Inka exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Rhay, who made our stay unforgettable. He kindly upgraded our room and facilitated an early check-in, ensuring our comfort from the very start. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, offering top-notch service throughout our visit. The hotel is beautiful, with a great restaurant and wonderful spa.

If you're looking for a luxurious and truly special experience in Cusco, La Palacio del Inka is the perfect choice.

The best hotel experience that I had in my life. Room is spacious, with colonial style. The breakfast is fantastic. Hotel is like a museum , offers a daily tour at 5 pm to explore the hotel. There is a little cute alpaca here in the balcony every morning.
