A lovely park, busy but we did not feel overcrowded. The cats are wonderful to see, relaxing all over the park. Well maintained and lots of places to sit and relax.

Cat lovers (ie: those of us worshipping cats) need to be aware that there are many, many happy domestic cats here. Before visiting, make sure you get some cat treats for them.

Park otherwise is very clean, easy to stroll through, flat, and in the evenings you will see food stalls here as well. A nice little place to park when you're looking for safe and peaceful spot in the city.

What a park. I think that Kennedy park is up there with the best in Peru. Very peaceful and not knackers pestering me asking for money and free stuff. The cats are a great addition and my friend Matthew loved them. There is lots of people maintaining the park as you can see in one of my photos and it is nice to see that Peru takes pride in their green spaces. I will be coming back again to enjoy the sunshine and peace.

Also known as “the cat park”, it has many well-fed cats wandering about, just waiting for your kids to pet them. Good place to see the local culture as well, with performances, exhibits, local group workouts and dance events, art for sale, etc. Surrounded by good restaurants and shops. Just a few blocks from the Artesanias markets. Highly recommend taking a stroll between these two locations, to do some shopping, eating, and sightseeing.

This was our first stop in Lima to see the cats. It did not disappoint! The cats are lovely, volunteers were there at the same time for feeding. They have lots of access to food and water and even a few cardboard boxes for shelter. Very nice place to relax.

Lovely well maintained park with a lot of cats all over the place, street sellers and children’s play areas. Normally events happen here. Definitely worth the visit and plenty of shade to relax under :)

Nice location to seek shadow from the sun and central area of the park is nice and quiet too.
Kitty park, as the locals call it, has at least a hundred cats in the park also, so it is epic spot for cat lovers.
All kind of food, shopping is around the park together with tourist information point (offers tourist SIM cards too).

Heaven on earth. I spent at least an hour here everyday I was in lima for an entire week. If I could live in this park I would, the cats are so friendly and adorable and the plants are beautiful. everything is well taken care of and it's an absolute oasis in Lima. Cannot miss this place if you're visiting Lima, just go here, do it now

If you visit Lima, Peru, Kennedy Park is a cool and vibrant place to visit.
The park was a short walk from where we were staying, and we're so glad we went.
There were many food vendors of different options from popcorn, pan con chicharron, and local sweet treats.
There was also a spot with local vendors selling gifts 🎁.
Around the area, there are also many eateries, stores, and gift shops.
I would definitely suggest that you visit this park on your first night in Miraflores, Lima, Peru.
We would have benefited from visiting Kennedy Park on our first night in town because we would have learned more about what was available to us in walking distance.

We enjoyed the cats, who were very friendly, as well as the art. Park is clean and has trash cans scattered throughout, which is helpful because the park is surrounded by ice cream shops and such and you’re bound to grab a snack to enjoy while you walk around.

There are local fair for souvenirs, a delicious churro for 4 soles, best sandwich, and many international restaurant around. I strongly recommend to go by walk in the morning from this park to the Pacific Ocean, going to Bajada Balta, then suddenly you will see the beach, and going down to enjoy the beautiful land.

If you like cats, this park is full of them. There is a CAThedral on the western end. The place has vendors in the evening selling Peruvian treats, trinkets and accessories. There are also many exhibitions hosted in the park throughout the year. But the cats, lots of them, that is what I look forward to on the next visit!

Lots of cats in this park, which makes it quite unique. Theyre being fed and taken care of, so theyre not the typical straycat.
A very nice park to relax in the evenings too, lots of foodstalls!

Cat city. I saw at least 30 cats just lounging about being played with or fed by park goers, what a life. The park itself is beautifully landscaped and taken care of with pretty flowers and trees. Quite a few vendors around (they aren’t pushy) and a beautiful church background rounds out the park
