El guardia de la puerta no te deja hablar con encargados por si tienes que hacer trámites o reprogramaciones. 2da vez que tengo que volver a pagar un examen por culpa de la mala gestión del lugar que no te permite reprogramar citas. O en el caso te digan que si, sólo te hacen perder tiempo para que cuando llegues a hablar con el encargado te diga que no se puede
