NM Lima Hotel

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It’s the best deal for all the amazing things you get here. The staff are amazing, friendly, accommodating, welcoming. The breakfast buffet included is beyond delicious, lots of variety for everyone. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet. Room service 6a-11p and the food is delicious and affordable. They have laundry service and a full gym for guests too!

Great location with different resturant options and subpurb customer service. Since it was my birthday weekend they did everything to make my stay wonderful. I'll give this place a 5 out of 5.

All staff were super friendly and helpful. They were always very responsive to all my questions and request. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is simple but good and with variety. I would definitely go back

We stayed for two nights in the NM Hotel, and we really enjoyed the time there. Breakfast in the morning was so good and they had everything we wanted like fresh juices, pancakes, bread etc. the hotel room was clean and it is quite good located. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

Stayed for a week during August 2022. Here’s my candid review:

Pros: Comfortable medium-firm hybrid mattress; very soft and nice-smelling towels; attentive staff (they’d bring us chocolates every day); 24/7 reception; they have their own taxi staff that will take you where you need (you can either pay them directly or add it to your hotel tab); there’s a gym on the 8th floor with a view and a nice assortment of different machinery; good restaurant with good breakfast (I added my review to the restaurant and left pictures of some of the delicious food I ate); robes and room-shoes are provided if asked; safe neighborhood (San Isidro); great location close to a mall, movie theater, lots of cafes (try the Croissant y Cafe that’s a couple of blocks down) and restaurants and it’s lot closer to downtown than Miraflores; it’s in a 20min walking distance from the waterfront parks of the city.

Cons: they were closed for over a year (like many other hotels in Lima) due to the pandemic, so rooms can feel a bit stuffy and need more ventilation. Although carpets are vacuumed daily, if you tend to suffer from allergies due to carpets you might want to ask for your carpet to receive a deep clean prior arriving or look for alternate arrangements. No pool (not really a con, just a side note).

I did not need to turn on the AC at all since it’s winter and leaving the window semi-open took care of it.

Would I come back again? Absolutely.

The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood. The reception is occupied 24/7. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable, rooms clean and quiet and staff always friendly and helpful.

I spent about a week at this hotel. I was able to experience the great service that the hotel offers to its customers. The room assigned to me was well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The personnel at the hotel was always helpful and polite. Breakfast was included as well, which I enjoyed very much. Specially the little sandwiches (chicken salad, olives, etc, etc.) with a very tasty cup of coffee. For capuccino or espresso lovers, the hotel has an espresso machine as well.
I heard that the hotel offers a great breakfast with tamales on Sundays. Perhaps I will try it on my next stay.
Last but not least, the hotel has a very nice bar on the first floor and on the eight floor as well. In a nutshell I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. It was a great experience.

Excellent customer service!!! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Miraflores. Delicious café con leche. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Lima.

This is a great value hotel, from rooms to public areas and restaurants and Two bars. Check rooftop one! Location is safe and great walking area. Gym is expanded and great. And so is the working area. Id add power outlets though. Internet works great! My top choice in Lima NM Lima Hotel.

Very nice hotel in Lima. The neighborhood in San Isidro is good for walking the streets. Perfect location as this is not a very busy area. Hotel structure is quite good. Service is also very nice! Stayed there a couple of times.

I've stayed in six different hotels in Lima in one month, and this one is definitely the best one I've been to! best hotel in San Isidro for sure in this category. Amazing team, super rich breakfast, all facilities are well taken care of and very comfortable

The location, the price, the service, the rooms, breakfast, food and all in general was excellen! I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend it. Every one was diligenr and ready to serve and help. It’s one of the best choices of hotels where you can stay in Lima.
