Se demoran demasiado en atender cuando sacas ticket con DNI y no con tarjeta. En promedio se demoran 30min en las otras sedes Scotiabank, pero esta es tuve que esperar alrededor de 50 min, casi una hora y eso ya me parece una exageración. Tienen que cambiar ese sistema

Súper lenta la atención en ventanilla , te puedes tirar más de media hora un día cualquiera ,el cajero no te acepta depósitos de 100 soles, un sin sentido . Un pésimo banco
