Inka Market

This is a tourist trap but it's a fun one. You'll find dozens of stalls full of color. Trinkets are everywhere from magnets, to mini sculptures, wooden utensils, hats, and other pieces of clothing. You will absolutely be heckled to try and visit a stall. Everyone will tell you that you should visit, they have the cheapest prices, or that you're welcome. Just keep walking and only go where you want. Everyone here is pretty cheap but bring cash.

Loved it! Maybe 200 stalls in 3 buildings. That part was quite disorienting and overwhelming with the multitude of options. As others have noted vendors are constantly inviting you in their shops but just thank them and keep walking.... Or go in and politely look. I will go back if I ever get a chance. I found they accept dollars and sometimes give cash discounts. Lovely folks. I wish I had bought more.

This place is a gem. There are a lot of shops in here, most carrying the traditional gifts and souvenirs and some unique offerings. One shop that caught my eye had crystals and semi-precious gem stones, including huge chunks of lapis lazuli. The shop owners will invite you in, but are not pushy about it. I encourage you to visit if you are looking for quality clothing, fabrics, or musical instruments. I took home some of each.

Inka Market is fun places to visit and buy gifts or souvenirs for your family and friends. Amazing art crafts, variety retablos, colorful clothes, dolls, paintings and etc.

Great place to go to buy gifts and souvenirs. Prices may range from really cheap to really expensive. Lots of stores to choose from and you can bargain. It may be more expensive than in other places but it is a legitimate spot and definitely cheaper than at Larco Mar or the airport.

Great place for all of your souvenir needs. Even with a concentrated amount of stores, merchandise seems to be varied. Some vendors can speak better English than others, but I was able to get my with my little knowledge. Everyone is very kind and for a tourist spot, didn't seem too pushy.

Got some awesome souvenir's from here! Such a bright and colorful market. It's art on its own.

Interesting market. Inka, Indian and Peruvian, 3 markets together, very convenient.

This was a great place to bring our students. There were many local artifacts for purchase at great prices. The students enjoyed being able to barter.

Great place to get souvenirs for family and friends

Inka market: mainly garments, Inka plaza : showpieces, souvenirs and many more. There's also a Indian market :-)

Was my favorite place to shop in all of Lima. (Art in the park at Kennedy park was wonderful too.) I got on my souvenirs for myself and my family members here. Learned that have a slight obsession with baby alpaca fur. Baby alpaca hats, teddy bears, purse fluffs. Beautiful cashmere scarfs. Only problem was not enough space in the suitcase!

Excellent market for souvenirs. Best vendor is in left side in the back.. He is an artisan that makes his own musical instruments. He plays and demos for you. I bought a hand drum, an engraved horn that plays like a flute. Assorted carved turtle shell rattles and maracas gourd rattles, panpipes, stick drums,

I love the inka market bc you find many things at different prices ranges so you really have to look around and barter your prices! All arts and crafts from peru can be found here. Including alcapa sweaters and scarfs, silver jewelry, objects to decorate your house and much more.

Great place to buy souvenirs and artisan items. I do recommend you negotiate prices because you can get better deals. Some vendora will price match

Massive selection of traditional Peruvian clothing, housewares, gifts, lovely higher quality jewelry items and some art crafted by local artists...very nice...and good prices too! Some vendors will negotiate. All this wonderland ...right in the middle of Lima! I only wish I could’ve had more time to explore and shop...and some empty luggage to bring treasures home in!
