Excellent service and ambiance. Hamilton was so good at explaining ingredients and recommended the most delicious food. Best place to have a nice dinner.

we had a wonderful lunch at Cala! we decided to order mostly appetizers which allowed us to try different dishes. we had two types of ceviche, the grilled octopus, razor clams, sea urchin, beef cheek pasta and oysters. the seafood was very fresh and the service from Jose was excellent. we also had a wonderful view of the ocean and fresh sea breeze.

Trendy spot with a great view - and it knows it. We were very lucky to grab a table right by the shore. Our duck was to die for; just wish it had been bigger!

What a beautiful place! The atmosphere the sounds of the ocean and the exceptional Peruvian food make for a great experience. I would visit again possibly to see the night life.

This place is top notch, the staff, the chefs the servers specifically Andres I've been in the industry for 35 years. Amazing food. Amazing presentation. This is a find in Lima. This is one of the best restaurants in all of Peru Thank you guys. I'll be back shortly and a loyal customer from now on

It’s real deal with a private seaside view. It’s more than enough for almost every occasion for the day. We had a dinner at the first floor which is not as good as ground floor but there’s a nice view at the terrace. (If not winter night a bit chilling) after dinner we sat at the ground floor which is really good with nice options if the bar and smooth ambiance. Price are moderately but be careful in the main menu when you order something with the catch of the can be big for you. Deserts also was so good. Definitely recommended, go for it.

Excellent view, desserts, and food!!! Love the pebbles on the beach and how they incorporate that into their architecture.

A gorgeous restaurant that not only delivers on ambience, but goes above and beyond in service and food. Get the seafood tower for a lovely taste of their impressive selections. The cilantro ceviche is 🤤! Cocktails are rather impressive as well.

Excellent food and service. Upstairs the ocean view is amazing.I highly recommend 'Catch of the day a la meunier'. I live in Australia for the last 23 years and I know what good food is and good customer service. I read some bad reviews but maybe the problem was the clients were rude to the lovely stuff. They knew it was my dad's 89th birthday and had a surprise for him at the end. Thanks Cala and keep doing what you do. Outstanding food and service. Service was amazing. I only went with family for some drinking and a small bite ( sharing small appetizer, 10/10 food). The view that you get from it was great. Recommend going to for the sunset view. I didn't see when they open or if the serve breakfast. But would also recommend sunrise if possible.

Most delicious entrees and drinks with the sights and sounds of the ocean. We were a large group of ~20 and the service was incredibly diligent and quick. We all constantly required drink refills and the staff was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the crab causa, but there was a wide variety of menu items and everyone was happy with their selections.

Beautiful view and the breeze from the sea is really great when we came here in the spring. The dishes were very nice and had great flavors. The tiramisu was also just great and the espresso in it was very nice.

Congrats Cala I am now a fan. Cocktails, apps, entrees, dessert, it was all perfection. Little chilly when I went so sat more towards the center of the room but it’s very nicely designed from the lobby to the dining room. Service went well and the lucuma dessert was probably my favorite item here followed by the octopus and potatoes!

I love vegan salads, it is not in the menu but you can order it.
Go before 12am because kitchen close around this time.

Both of my visits have included a trip here! First time was during my backpacking visit in 2018, second was on our honeymoon trip in September 2021… food was memorable both times! Bread was hard to put down — absolutely love the mixed ceviche platter, pulpo is tender and served on hot skillet! Thank you for a wonderful meal each time, staff is attentive and plentiful👏🏻

If you want a unique experience front sea in Lima, here is the place to be!
I discovered this place with a friend of mine that lives in here and the view was a blast as you are just few meters from the see. the food is very tasty we ordered a ceviche verde and maki asevichado very good as well. Drinks were very good as well we ordered maracuja sour. The price is not too hight and reflect was they provide. Service was good but could be better I would appreciate a better attention on our table but maybe next time!

What an amazing experience! Angela at reservations is absolutely amazing, caring, loving, and totally understanding. I am a Solo traveler and had no idea about Cala, I walked over and was blown away! Angela made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. Angela is such a wonder person and great customer service! Then my waiter Piero, so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. I described some dishes from the US and Piero went above and beyond to make it worth my wild. I mentioned I was here on my Birthday trip and what an amazing surprise Piero came to the table with dessert and my name on the plate. I did not want to leave! Such a fabulous afternoon with Angela and Piero! Perfect customer service!!! Thank you all so much! I will tell everyone I know about this magical restaurant!
