An amazing experience 4-day Inca Trail hike to Machu Picchu!

This is such an amazing expedition, and I think I can reminisce about it forever because it engages our souls and bodies so deeply to complete it.

The trail itself is challenging as there is no shower, toilet, or soft bed and we have to walk until exhaustion most the days; but at the same time, being off the grid and conquering the mountains brings that long-lost mental peace, unsophisticated bonding between humans, and a hard-earned sense of achievement under this wild setting.

In addition, I can’t refrain from expressing how fortunate I was to be with the BEST Happy Gringo group led by Marko and Ruben. They made our team a family at the end of Day 4 with their warmth, patience, and little humor.

Marko has very intriguing speech skills with which he depicted Incan culture with incredible details, and he can expand on anything you ask about the Incans. We can sense his passion for the Incan culture and nature which stimulates us to appreciate the very journey we were undergoing.

Ruben is amazing because he took care of members who are slow walkers and that patient/loyal companion is indispensable during such an intense journey.

Both tour guides poured their hearts out to make the trip as seamless as possible for us. Organizing a crew of hikers who are strangers to each other, monitoring the schedules, caring for people who had a glitch, and giving useful Incan insights are not easy tasks.

I am so grateful for their amazing work and would recommend them and the trail to anyone who wishes to add another splendid memory to their life in Peru!.

Place was amazing the whole trip was smooth and our tour guide was an absolute gem.

Wish I could’ve lived there looked like loads of fun moving those massive stones around and then fighting the Spanish would’ve been exciting too.

This tour was amazing! It was so well organized, everyone was on time to the exact minute, the company cared for you and made sure you were not lost, and most importantly such a great fun time! Our guide Juan was stellar as well and he explained so much about the history of Machu Picchu, took time with us, and was the best photographer for us! Truly recommend booking this tour company for everything and also extra shout out to Juan for being the best guide out there.

Fantastic & memorable Machu Picchu day trip

The tour was great! That was the best experience I had in Peru. They sent me in advance all the tickets to my email and WhatsApp. They picked us up in time at the hotel on time, when we arrived at Aguas Calientas the small village near the Machu Picchu they met us at the train with my name on the board. The tour guide was amazing. Excellent English, easy, and very knowledgeable. On the way back they met us and sent us to the hotel by private van. Best service ever! The group loved the experience!

This was an awesome tour!! The best part about it was Mauro, the tour guide. He made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. In addition, he was filled with amazing knowledge about Machu Picchu that he was happy to share with me!! Well organized tours with almost no hiccups. Important to remember that except for ferrying to the railway station in ollantaytambo, the rest of the trip is based on use of government run transport system- train to and fro agua calientes (Machu Picchu) and then minibus to and fro to the ruins and back.

We went in afternoon, there was less crowd. However if you want more light shining on the ruins go in the morning. But our view was spectacular.

Hands down the best tour I’ve had! From hotel pickup to drop off everything was so well organized and set up perfectly for us. Our tour guide, Mauro, made the experience perfect with amazing information regarding the culture of Machu Picchu. Will be recommending this to anyone I know going!

Mauro and Rueben were perfect tour guides for our day trip to Machu Pichu! They were friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had.

Marko gave a great tour of Machu Picchu, very flexible due to me not feeling the best due to sickness. Very knowledgeable of the site, rhe histort and the culture

I bought the service at the very last minute, when other big tours could not provide the service due to insufficient participants (most people canceled for the political unrest that happened in Peru during the second week of December). Juan Salas helped me to arrange the trip, and it was marvelous. He was very communicative, wrote down all itineraries and the instruction was very clear. The first day, it seems that I was assigned with people from other company but that's make sense given the situation that made it impractical to run the trip by only me as the participant. Then I was dropped in Ollantaytambo Station to Aguas Calientes station, where I was picked up by Ruben Salas, who will becoming my tour guide for Machu Picchu in the next day. Ruben was super chill, he knew that I was so tired that day and he gave everything he knew and dropped me in the hotel. During Machu Picchu trip, Ruben picked me up with other participant and, other than the greatest Machu Picchu itself, Ruben's guide service was beyond amazing! He was also a pro photographer, he took a lot of photos of us with perfect results! After the tour finished, he took us to the restaurant. As I was not able to continue the lunch because I was running for my train, Ruben walked me up to the station! Overall, I love the service, they are cheaper compares to the other big name tour service, but their qualities are something you can put on the table!

Did my Inca Jungle trek with them. It was just to what we expected. Ruben is a marvellous guide and did everything so nicely. He was very friendly and positive which really made a positive impact on this high altitude trail to Machu Picchu.
