Hampton by Hilton Lima San Isidro

I will definitely stay here again! Check in was easy, and the customer service was warm and welcoming. My room and all of the common areas that I encountered were really clean. The free breakfast was nice as well, with a great view!

We spent just one night here. Angelo was one of the most welcoming receptionist I’ve ever met. Late at night being welcomed with that smile and caretaking like we’ve just checked in at Waldorf Astoria.

As well Kevin, the breakfast guy, was a high end waiter. Super friendly, helpful and fast.

I don’t remember the young lady’s name at the reception when checking out (I’m sorry about that), but she did a great job as well.

Rooms are stylish new, breakfast with a view perfect. We will definitely be back when we’re next time in Lima. Thank you!

Rooms are clean, hygienic, staff is very cooperative, Hotel staff takes care about all your necessary requirements in food, being vegetarian we always get problem outside India about vegetarian food. But in this hotel they take extra efforts to fulfill your food requirements. Very cooperative and supportive staff. We highly recommend

I stayed here for couple of weeks and had an amazing time. Breakfast is very good, with different dishes every day. All the staff is very friendly and always eager to help.

As a lifetime business traveler I have come to know the measure of world class customer service. This, in my experience, is not measured by the smooth and undisturbed functioning of a travel business. Rather, it is determined by the customer service provided when things, inevitably, do not go as designed.
To that example I would present to you Vanessa Carrera, Guest Service Manager of the Hampton by Hilton, San Isidro, Lima Peru.
Once I informed the front desk staff that a series of misunderstandings had impacted the quality of my stay at her hotel Vanessa first concerned herself with this feedback, then took decisive action to address the same, and then assured me personally that my concerns where important to her and would be resolved by any means at her disposal.
This is the kind of world class customer support I have come to expect at Hilton properties, and have experienced that Hampton by Hilton at San Isidro.
I highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler who may have occasion to visit Lima.
The facilities are well kept and updated. The breakfast buffet is excellent. But what is most beneficial about this location is the staff, and their willingness to assist if you have any problems while visiting their hotel.

I have been to many Hampton Inn Hotels but by far this is the best one. The services, the breakfast, the facilities and the overall experience was fantastic and the price was absolutely reasonable. The breakfast was amazing. I had never seen so much variety of options and the team helping during breakfast was absolutely incredible. I am definitely recommending this hotel to everyone and I am of course going back some day.

What a sweet little hotel! Really kind staff. Nice rooms. Modern interior. And great breakfast. We just needed a place to crash for a long layover and this place was beyond expectations.

It is a hotel more suitable for business trips. Nevertheless, it is located in a great neighborhood and the rooms are cozy. But I have to highlight the service of the front line (Alonso), restaurant (Mariana, David y Cristian) and the food was 👍😃

Nice hotel in San Isidro - a little bit away from the hustle bustle of Miraflores.

Having traveled and stayed at many, many hotels in the Hilton family, and across many cities and countries for the past 23 years that I have been a Hilton Honors member - now a Lifetime Diamond member, I know excellent service when I experience it.
I must share that the staff is one of the best in providing superior service; and this includes the security staff at the front door, the staff in the breakfast room, the house keeping staff and especially the front desk reception staff; and they are more than excellent in delivering great and attentive service to all the guests all the time. This is a very clean, efficient, quiet, and super guest friendly hotel, that I have had the pleasure of staying for weeks at a time, and have been delighted to be a guest at this Hilton property.

One of the best (if not the best) hotels in this price range in the san isidro/miraflores area, everything was good, good breakfast, wifi, room, and very good customer service which is a must

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing ! They made us feel welcomed and were very tentative from the moment we arrived. We were immensely satisfied with our stay and are very grateful for the service we received.

Great hotel, I loved it

We checked in at nearly midnight after a long day at Macchu Picchu and the front desk was so kind they helped us order food to our room. Attendant even used her phone and broke that language barrier for us. When they saw how exhausted we were they even sent a personalized card and snack (pic attached). Would definitely recommend staying here again!
