Hyatt Centric San Isidro Lima

This is probably one of the best hotels in the whole of Peru! The standard room is decent, but the junior suite is very spacious, with an enormous TV! The hotel was very nicely to give me an upgrade as a Globalist, and even left me this gorgeous dessert platter (see photo)!

The gym is well-equipped. Breakfast is good, though not particularly memorable, other than the excellent female host who remembered my name after just one interaction (unfortunately I didn’t get her name).

The location may not be near the main attractions, but I like that it’s in a quiet and classy neighborhood.

The service here was exceptional! Everyone, including the desk staff, the restaurant/bar staff, and the maids were extremely kind and accommodating to the language barrier. The breakfast was perfect as there were so many options. The beds were comfortable & the bathrooms were nice as well. Couldn’t recommend enough for Americans traveling to Lima!

The Hyatt Centric is pleasantly modern. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with a mini bar, snacks, water, full size blow dryer robe and slippers. Rooms are squeaky clean. Check in service was a breeze and they were accommodating eith our scheduled check-in due to two flight diversions. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of food to please Asians and Westerners palette. Dinner menu although limited offers delicious food choices. The roof top bar is a cool place to hang before or after dinner. We were fortunate enough to stay here at the same time the Peruvian soccer team were in town. Great location, walking friendly we cut through a local park to get to Miraflores. We would absolutely stay here again. Super staff all the way around.

Wow, stunning hotel in beautiful part of city. Convenient for business travellers. Restaurant serves delicious food. Rooms are spacious with modern decor and all amenities.

Best experience ever! It was my birthday and they upgraded me to a top level room and a complimentary breakfast 😄. I also took some important business calls in their business center and the connection was great

Everything proper except the late delivery of welcome gifts (dessert arrived at 9pm).

Perfect stay. I like this hotel. AC power plugs are Perú plug only socket. Most hotel todays are universal AC plug type. Excellent breakfast buffet. Not close to town center but Uber is readily available.

Great location and jumping off point for both business and tourism. Lobby and rooms are well appointed and maintained. Hotel staff was professional, engaging, and ready to help. Most had a good level of English (certainly better than my Spanish). The real gem though was the restaurant host and wine sommelier, Fabrizio. His knowledge of South American wines paired with a great menu and a taste of Peruvian culture makes this a top destination.

We were taken very good care of by Karina at the check-in. She took the time to show us where to eat and ither activities.

Wonderful hotel in quiet, upscale neighborhood in the capital city of Peru. Bright, modern rooms. Great service: one of the very few Hyatt hotels to have completely feather free rooms available at checkin (typically requires a second request). Exceptional dining options on property.

This is a safe, high quality, outstanding service, place to stay in Lima with a few added perks.  I chose this hotel to start my Peru vacation and wow was I happy with it.  It's a newer hotel and still feels that way.  The water pressure in the shower made the stay a real pleasure.  Also, I'm a hyatt member so it went towards status.

The hotel is in the business district and is walking distance to great restaurants and a grocery store.  It's a very safe area to walk.  It also offers a car service that is more expensive than a taxi but is real nice.  It has great eating choices and it's cafe has wonderful snacks.  It has a higher scale restaurant on site that looks great but I didn't get a chance to try it.  The rooftop bar is beautiful and gives you a nice view of the city.

This might be the best bang for the buck hotel I've ever been in with what I feel was outstanding value for the price.  It is centrally located, so my tours had no problem picking me up.  I was also able to easily jump from this hotel to shopping and history or cultural sites.  This hotel is highly recommended if you are visiting Lima to enjoy yourself.

Outstanding! We had issues with baggage delays via the airline and the front desk was above and beyond helpful. There is generally excellent service in Peru, but this was next level.

Breakfast is legendary - an amazing spread.

I am a Hyatt member and I stayed at Hyatt centric multiple times 2022 and 2023 and I couldn’t leave this city without thanking everyone at this hotel. You guys are extremely kind, polite, courteous, professional in all situations not only with guests but with visitors and anyone who approaches them at the reception. You ask for help or something and they’ll immediately respond. Stay here and you won’t regret. I just want to thank everyone at the reception, you guys are excellent. I’ll be back soon.

This is a hotel you can trust and the area is extremely safe. The buffet is one of the best. Celeste bar is nice as well. Thank you Hyatt San Isidro

Loved this hotel! Random detail, but the in room lighting was amazing. The under bed motion activated lighting was a great luxurious touch.

Great hotel for business but also close to main touristc spots in Lima.

Loved this hotel, ambience and especially the staff. Hyatt in South America and countries like India have much better ambience and also customer service. The staff here went above and beyond to make us comfortable, they even offered batteries for my camera as we had to rush to the airport and didn’t had time to stop at a store. Overall great experience

We had such a lovely experience in this hotel. The area was safe. The room was comfortable. They stored our bags for us the next day until our flight. We ordered room service and although the menu was very small, the food was good. Overall, we had a great experience.

Like many other reviews, I was so impressed with every aspect of this property. Walking in you’d expect it to have just opened (it’s absolutely spotless), everyone working here is super friendly and helpful. Comfy slippers and robe are in the room along with illy espresso and just the perfect bed. Brunch on the first floor is an array of nearly everything you could imagine, and like Peruvian culinary tradition it’s exceptional. Carolina and her staff will make your stay in Lima absolutely magical! Thanks so much again to this team!
