Manto Hotel Lima - Mgallery

From the moment I booked my stay at Manto, I was blown away by the top notch customer service. From arranging a car to pick me up, to accomodating my early check-in, and helping me extend my stay, everyone was helpful and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Every time I came into contact with an employee they greeted me and made me feel at home. I am so happy with my stay and would recommend Manto Hotel to anyone. What a phenomenal experience.

Really enjoyed our stay and meals in the accompanying hotel. Staff was very competent throughout the facility, especially our room attendant Eduardo, Sarai and Meri during breakfast service, and Omar at dinner. Looking forward to our second stay later this week. Definitely a home away from home.

Super nice part of town. Conveniently located next to the supermarket, short distance away from Starbucks and a couple of restaurants around. Rooms are super nice and clean.

Great location (next to Bosque Oliva, high-rated restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast (we also had a very good dinner at the Saya Restaurant). Spacious room with nice shower / bath. I would only suggest more hanger in the wardrobe and some outlets available near the bed.

Hotel was very clean and quiet with attentive staff. It is located in a good neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Depending on how you want to get around (foot or taxi) and what you want to visit (Barranco and downtown are quite far away) the location may or may not be ideal.

This is the second MGallery Hotel we've stayed in, and they are becoming our favorite. They add a artsy feel to the hotels and make it friendly. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet, safe area in San Isidro, Lima, Peru. The staff were very friendly. The hotel restaurant was excellent.

This was the first time I stayed at this property, but have been to Lima many times. I usually stayed at the same hotel, time after time. I decided to shake it up a bit and I AM GLAD I DID!

It is a wonderful, little, boutique property. The staff is extremely friendly and go the extra kilometer in regards to service.

From the point of check-in, to checking out, I had a great stay. Maykol, Hector, Erik, and the rest of the staff are amazing. They made my stay extremely memorable. It's really nice to be on a first name basis with almost everyone in the hotel by the time you check out.

The room I had was very nice sized and very comfortable all around. I was on a higher floor, I had a nice sofa and desk. The room is well appointed with a lot of access to outlets in good places. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shades and curtains were very good at blocking out the sun. Also the HVAC system was really nice and worked really well. I know it sounds weird that I mention that but I couldn't tell you how many times I've stayed at a property where it's like a jet engine turning on.

The bar and the restaurant are wonderful. One of the best pisco sours in all of Lima. And if you want to be adventurous have Maykol or Erik come up with something for you. Also their food is wonderful in the restaurant and goes really well with all of their pairings.

Another thing I want to mention are the breakfast in the morning. They're very delicious and have everything available for you and are accommodating in the morning. I am generally not a good morning person and they were all really nice all through the day.

I highly recommend this property for people to come stay either for business or for pleasure. The service is wonderful, the staff are warm and caring and the property is immaculately clean.

The staff definitely makes this hotel a five-star even though it's listed as a four-star. Thank you for a wonderful stay I'll be seeing you again in a few months!

Great place to stay when you are in Lima and sitting close to the cost. San Isidro like Miraflores are perfect location where to stay.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip. It is in the San Isidro area which is very nice. It is largely residential but there are a number of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Mira Flores is walkable or an easy Uber ride away (approx $1.50 US). It is a great base to explore if you want something a little quieter. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very spa-like according to my wife. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The place was spotless and seemed to be cleaned frequently. Unfortunately, as Peru is just reopening and now there is a renewed COVID surge, there were not many people at the hotel. As a result, the restaurant on site had limited hours and was not open for dinner. Previous reviews mentioned how good the restaurant was. It looks great and the menu sounded great but we weren't able to eat there given their hours and our schedule. It was a great place to unwind for a bit before the trip home. I highly recommend staying here!

First time in Peru and this was the best place I booked! I went through a few hotels before settling on this one. The place is safe, quiet, and close to great restaurants and a grocery store. The staff is phenomenal!!!! I specifically worked with Martin at the front desk who was a life saver! He was able to get us a ride to the airport at 3 am when everything was shut down due to COVID curfew. He arranged our COVID test prior to us leaving the hotel. He was just a GREAT host! Jesus and Andres were awesome bartenders as well! I was their favorite guest of the pisco sours and I was their favorite drinker🤣.

Boutique hotel located conveniently in Lima. You are walking distance to most major things. It is in a quiet area. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The hotel is relatively small. Staff are very helpful. The hotel restaurant is very vegetarian friendly as well. Check out their specials on their website - we took the special that included a city night tour which was nice.

This hotel is amazing, so clean and comfortable the staff is soooo helpful. There was a guy during the night of may 26 after 1 am. He took our luggage and helped us to find things to do on lima the next day. I cant remember his name but he was so helpful. Thank you for helping us. I would definitely stay at this hotel a second time. Breakfast was delicious as well.

What a great hotel. The staff has been more than accommodating. Rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable.

I have traveled to Peru on several occasions, always staying in affluent areas of Lima and other cities. This stay was special.
Foresta Hotel Lima could easily charge double and it still wouldn´t be enough to equal our wonderful experience.
The customer service in every area of hotel was amazing, attention to detail excellent, food included with stay (breakfast)
very very good, and rooms very spacious with incredibly comfortable bedding.
As a side note, we ordered a rollaway bed for an added guest. It was a two piece queen size bed equally as comfortable as the regular bed in the room.

Really nice hotel & friendly staff. The area is residential, however very safe to walk and there are many shops. Miraflores is very close, the miraflores mall & shopping area is 15 min by taxi. However, it's far from downtown Lima, around 30 to 35 min by taxi if it is not crowded. Overall excellent hotel.
