Novotel Lima San Isidro

Great location, superb staff make this location.

Come here for work about 10 days every month. The people here make my time away from home better by their genuine friendly attitude.

Location is good, quiet and several good restaurants in walking distance. Big room. Great breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating and the room were clean , comfortable

I spent 6 days there with my family, pool was great plus with kids. The doormen need to smile sometimes :) food was good even though, they put way too much onions at the breakfast buffet but I guess that something comes from budget department. The Lomo Saltado is the best in town. We had a nice stay!

Very kind staff willing to accommodate anything that you might need for a better stay -the beds are comfortable the pillows are wonderful ,there’s a small mini fridge that you can use in your room but you do need to request a key from thee front desk. There’s a safety deposit box that you can utilize, a very nice espresso machine with enough coffee to fuel your 1st your morning. Lots of places to charge all your devices. Great small night light built into the bed frame. Hot shower and a plush terry cloth robe. Also a great breakfast! Bring your biggest appetite.

The best 4 star hotel I have been so far. Especially the front desk really makes a difference. They all speak very well English and help you with everything you need.

At the gym the equipment is (with exceptions) very good. Showers, pool and the sauna are next to it.

WiFi speed in the room is fast enough to watch video streams (quality: 720p).

The breakfast buffet is good but not top class.

On request the airport pickup service also made a detour to help me send a postcard.

So all in all there is really nothing to complain about. :)

This hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The cathedral next door is breathtaking and you'll find peace and serenity in the Olive Tree Park just across the way. Surrounded by lots of shops and local markets, Novotel has it all. Their Pisco Sour is delicious and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of authentic Peruvian cuisine. Stayed there during a delayed flight. The hotel is ok, internet is fast enough and the food was good. Only complain if that there is no complementary bottled water in the rooms.

our flight was cancelled from American Airlines so we stayed at Novotel for a full day and the service and food was amazing! They helped us with our many suitcases aswell!

The hotel is very clean and in one of the best areas in Lima. It is safe and close to basically anything you could need like restaurants, stores, super market, etc.
